Stayed for 15 nights and for us the best sight we stayed on in Spain, very friendly and helpful reception staff, gave us a map of available pitches and told to pick the one we liked, toilet blocks are been renovated and although one was out of use the others were never over busy and always plenty of hot water, water and drainage on pitch. Good pool area, happy hour in good bar/restaurant. 10 minute walk to excellent beach, lovely town, bustling at weekends again 10 minute walk away, safe cycling on designated cycling paths, the place ticks all the boxes. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Although a bit overawed at the size of the site, we were very happy with our pitch and location - close to the reception area and restaurant. Beniscasim is a very pleasant town - very Spanish and the site is within easy access to it. There is a great supermarket opposite the site, and the restaurant within the site itself was good value for money. Yes, the toilets and showers were a bit dated, but with a good supply of hot water. We made use of the laundry facilities and were very happy with the cost. No need to use the tumble drier as it was so sunny we could peg out our washing around our pitch. This is a very busy site and the reception staff could be a bit 'harassed' at certain times if a number of visitors arrived at the same time.

Too big and crowded for us. Only our second site in Spain, but we have decided it is not for us. Cramped, and overlooked, tight access to gold pitches, difficult without a motor mover.
The shower blocks are not clean, and very dated, the staff work hard, but there are just too many people to clear up after, and trying to keep tired facilities clean must be a nightmare. I hate seeing pubic hair in the facilities!
The general maintenance of the site is good.
The better of the shower blocks is nearest reception.
The town is nice, and beaches/walks are super, try the 10 mile round trip to Opresa on the 'greenway'. A highlight of the stay.
Supermarkets are very close, and good value.

Although this site appears to be run well, the staff friendly and the site is clean I was disapointed with this site. The toilets are dated but clean. The pitches are tight for motorhomes and some of the 'serviced pitches' are not. The water and electric on another pitch, you need really long drainage pipes and no way could you 'auto' fill the fresh water tank. The dog walk is terrible. A disused campsite with derelict toilet blocks, glass and steel bits around & just scrubland. We had to sign a form that we would not allow our dog to 'do her business' (as they put it) on site Dogs are not allowed on the beach even in off season, police toured down the promenade and did tell people with dogs to get off the beach. I would not return to Bonterra Park

Access is easy from N-340. Well signposted. Reception staff all speak good English and were very helpful. Nice big site with good toilet blocks and facilities. WiFi worked well. Site technician must hook up electrics. Ours was reverse polarity but luckily I had taken a small polarity tester and he changed over when I pointed out the anomaly. Only disappointment was that having paid extra for a Gold pitch with water and drainage we found that a) the on-pitch water was non-potable i. E. Not usable for any purpose ( there are many drinking water points on site and water quality seemed good )and b) waste water pipe diameter was too small for our standard UK flexible waste hose. All long stayers had a plastic funnel stuffed into the pipe and used a bucket to collect the waste water from the van. Our Wastemaster could not be used so we bought a bucket from the Mercadona across the road and emptied frequently. However these issues did not detract from our stay and we would return.

This is our 3rd year at Bonterra Park. It has everythig we could ever want.
The pitches are well laid out and have a bit of separation and most have decent enough shade.
The toilet blocks are good, although some might say a little dated, but always hot water, paper and soap.
The Mercadona over the road is really useful as you have no real effort to shop.
The beach is 5 minutes and it is a nice easy walk into town.

Visited site as a 1 night stopover and wished we could have stayed longer to explore the area
Site is well organised with a slight gradient. Pitches are all clearly defined but to get our 9m unit in I had to go diagonally across the pitch. I understand there are other bigger pitches but they where not available as site was busy.
We used our ACSI card we seemed to be a problem to one receptionist, but not to another when we returned from a walk around.
Toilets/ showers clean, plentiful and very good.
Supermarket just down the road.
Lots of Brits on site

Pleasant site in good location within easy walking distance of town and beach. Almost full of folks even older than us when we arrived - mainly by brits and dutch - some seemingly there for the winter!
Good clean facilities. On a good long distance cycle way (Via Verde)accessed by rear gate at top of site. This gate also gave access to a good dog exercise area. Some pitches rather close together such that you could hear other 'old folk'! snoring when windows open in hot weather! We stayed a few days but if anything, the site was a tad too 'neat and tidy' for us!
Only downside was one of the reception staff being dishonest - on arrival we had given him a cash deposit as requested of 20 euros for 2 keys (1 disabled and one for rear gate) When we left the girl on duty in reception said that only 10 euros was due to us, 5 euros per key - as recorded 'on the computer. Tried to argue but had to give in as our van was blocking the exit/entrance. (The Manager of the day also had promptly disappeared when we disputed the matter, leaving one young lady in charge to preach that 'the customer is always wrong'!) Not a large amount - but for us spoiled what was a pleasant stay and will probably prevent us from returning.

This is a very pleasant park; well looked after and with good drainage when wet. The pitches vary depending upon their classification. Some are large with easy access; a few are small with more difficult access.
The staff were very pleasant to us and emphasise the need to be careful with electricity usage which is metered - currently costing 40 Euro cents per kilowatt hour or thereabouts. If, like us, you are unlucky and encounter two days of rain and cool temperatures (unusual for this time of the year)such advice is most welcome. ACSI arrangements may differ and electricity, according to its 2013 brochure, is charged at a fairly high fixed amount per day depending upon choice of 6 or 10 amp supply. ACSI members may also miss the opportunity to use some of the more spacious or otherwise attractive sites.
Ablution facilities are good and cleaned regularly to a good standard.
The site is close to the long promenade which is splendid for walking. Cycle tracks are very close. Two supermarkets are nearby - pone just across the road. Market on a Thursday in Benicasim just 5 or 10 minutes walk.

I’d concur with all the comments by previous members and add a few more comments: It certainly is an excellent site and on speaking to other campers many say that it the best by far around this area (we checked out a few and agree).
It’s now late September and the site is virtually full with many people clearly staying for the long term.
Most pitches are 90 sq m with water and drainage (the water though is non-potable, potable water points are provided though).
One point to consider is that although the site is quiet unfortunately during the St Thomas festival (2nd week of September) the local celebrations include an open air all-night disco continuing until 5am! Ear plugs recommended (seriously!)
In addition to a Mercado outside the gates there’s also a Lidl just 2 minutes further on.
The final bonus is cycling: just outside the site is a portion of the Via Verde (converted railway track) which extends to Orpesa (4. 5 miles) and affords wonderful views of the sea. Cycling is also possible along the sea front, or via the countryside, to Costello.
Finally: ACSI is accepted and log term discounts are available.
