 3rd visit to this site and still as good as previous years.
Run by a very friendly family and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Several large flat, neatly mowed fields to pitch on where you like. On the lower fields are a toilet block, with the showers and laundry and further toilets up near reception.
Showers are 20p for 3 mins and there is a coin operated hairdrier along with washing machine and tumble drier.
Great location with a bus stop right outside the gates to St Peter Port. We always take our bikes as everywhere is close by on Guernsey so the car is just a means of getting there.
A pub about 15 mins walk away and a beach even closer.
Would certainly revisit again.

Stayed for just over 2 weeks on this lovely site. Quiet and well equipped with large flat areas spread over a number of fields. Small minimal shop but open every day for essentials- bread, croissants and lovely Guernsey milk! Tony the manager/owner brought his own tomatoes, beans and figs to his 'hedge veg' stall. When I booked online he even made our ferry reservations for us at small discount. Facilities very clean although I wouldn't say disabled friendly as the toilet cubicles are small and you had to walk up a gravel hill to the shower block. A small playground for children would have been nice but I noticed that the teenagers certainly appreciated the TV room with WIFI!
Sited on the lovely west coast with fantastic beaches, near a good pub/restaurant and supermarket.
Would certainly use Vaugrat again!

I haven't visited this site so our ratings and dates for the site may not be accurate but I emailed the owner to ask if he accepted dogs. He was kind enough to phone me to say they don't allow dogs but was happy to help me find out more about visiting guernsey recommending 2 other sites. We had along very helpful chat ( at his expense) about the ferry crossings, accommodation, weather, best time of year to go etc. If this is an indication of the kind of customer service to expect, any camper should have a great time on his site. Thanks again
