We were greeted on arrival and shown to our pitch, very clean and modern facilities.
It's in a great location for exploring North Wales, Staff were always polite and helpful.
The site was well maintained, quiet and in a beautiful location, I highly recommend booking.
You won't be disappointed.

This is a hidden gem of a campsite! Friendly, helpful communications to book.
Well set out, spacious pitches with/without EHU. Modern, clean shower facilities, and laundry and clean up facilities.
When I stayed, I was a solo female camper but with no big or loud groups and space between pitches I felt totally safe.
My only observations - not complaints - are that the shower room would benefit from better ventilation, and the unused ground in the middle could perhaps have a small playground for kids.

Just spent 6 days at 'BFG' campsite. First Class!
I would recommend this site to anyone. Well maintained, kept clean and tidy, spacious pitches. Excellent shower and toilet facility that is cleaned regularly.
Sociable staff remain pretty much in the background whilst being always available if required.
Location is ideal for exploring N. Wales and Snowdonia. Convenient for Shops, local eateries, and beach.
My only minor criticism is the shower block could benefit from a bit more ventilation to reduce condensation. (mirrors steamed up 24/7) this does not detract from overall quality.

Turn left at the glan aber garage sign, the sign for the site has been stolen. Hope this helps. The site itself is lovely. Showers and toilets are very good. Not much for kids to do. Free wifi is available.
The views are lovely and if you're taking dogs there is plenty of places to walk them.
Pitches are good but reversing on to some can be challenging, but only in the sense that you don't want to ruin the grass.
Tesco superstore is about 4 miles away.
Would I go back again, yes!
If there was more for the young ones to do, ie park or play area it would be superb.
Based on my review I'm going to give 8/10 as its easy to miss the turning, and what there is for children.

Absolutely excellent site, would highly recommend. The toilet block and showers were second to none.
Cleanliness by the staff was also excellent as was their friendliness, very accommodating.
The position of the site for local amenities was very good.
Thanks very much and will definitely return

Would happily go back again, amazing facilities, which are so close to pitch!

Camped in the top field as non electric. Lovely views even if the hill did look a little daunting at first the top was nice and level.
Toilet / shower block was like new and always clean. Two washing up sinks never a queue laundry room but we didn't use this.
Can not fault the wardens very nice and friendly.

Beautiful site. Friendly staff. Views are amazing.
Lane is a bit twitchy towing a trailer tent but a fantastic site with lovely clean modern facilities.
Will definitely stop again.
