Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice flat field, friendly staff and it was lovely and quiet both in the evening and the morning.

Also discovered a nice walk nearby.

Highly recommend!

Would be nice to see a recycling bin as well as a normal rubbish bin.

Was a very nice quiet and peaceful site, with all the basic camping requirements needed, was just what we were looking for.

Great value for the money and will definitely stay again

Really lovely place but awkward for larger vehicles.

A bit of upkeep needed for the greenery which was somewhat overgrown but overall we found the site very convenient as a stop off.

Only stayed 2 nights (should've been 3) but we were so disappointed with the site. Access for anything other than a car is dire. Grass needed cutting, ans edges need strimming. Septic tank needs a large notice telling people how to use it.

No mobile signal, no wi fi and tv pretty rubbish, added to that a wedding reception banging out music till well after midnight meant we decided to go. Only plus side for us was the proximity to Windsor where we were at an event on the Saturday.

No wardens around and couldn't phone him. The person who deals with online bookings knows nothing about caravan sizes & pitch sizes are maybe short of the 11m I was told to expect, looks like one of the caravans there was lived in by someone working locally in the week.

A lovely secluded site with a quiet aspect; very friendly and relaxed on site wardens and no early check out so we could enjoy a brunch BBQ. A very short journey to and from Legoland on a sunny Saturday; we missed a lot of the traffic our friends encountered on the main roads.

Info on site showed it is good for walks and other attractions- doing them next time then [when we can escape the Grandparent duties of the Land of Lego!]. A small safe swing and slide park at the end of the field and lovely walks nearby.

We stayed 2 night sand there was no problem with the first night check in when we were late; good instructions given when we booked.

Arrived with 8 meter motorhome with car on A frame and got in ok. Nice friendly site. Only five on site plus tenters, nice and peace full next to cricket club with children's play ground.

The couple who run it for the owners are very helpful and know the area so good advice for all you can do in the area

We were really disappointed with this site. We have 2 young children and a large Motorhome. After calling up to enquire about access for large vehicles, we were told access is fine and the owners take their van up and down it daily. However this site is not suitable for anyone with 1) a large vehicle or 2) anyone who would prefer not to have their paintwork scratched!

The access lane is very narrow with a tight turning circle at the bottom to get into the field. After raising this with the owners, we noticed their van was indeed scratched down the sides! We don't mind a lack of shower and toilet block (as we were aware of that) however the basic facilities were in poor shape. I had to be very careful emptying the toilet and getting fresh water due to the amount of stinging nettles by them. (Surely a simple job to cut back?!).

The tap also leaked terribly. In fact more water poured from the leak than through the hosepipe! (Not very environmentally friendly and again a simple problem to fix). We spent a fortune in taxis as we did not want to move the van unnecessarily and risk more damage.

On the plus side, there is a good kids playground over the fence and the curry house in the village (5 mins walk) was excellent (although needs to be booked). Nice quiet field but needs more attention to access and facilities. We will not be returning.

We had a stopover at this campsite and it suited us perfectly. As is clear there are no facilities, but if you need an overnight near(ish) London its great.

There were a lot of other tents the night we stayed but there was no problem with noise. The kids playpark next door was a hit with our kids and we were able to get the train into London from Bracknell. We also have a dog, so we needed somewhere dog friendly too.

Very well located site in a rural location but in close proximity to all amenities and tourist attractions in the area.

I choose this site because I prefer open field style sites with low pitch numbers - I like it quiet. It certainly was quiet here.

The site does not have toilets. There is a standpipe in the camping field and a disposal drain for chemical toilet. There was no electric hook up when we stayed at this site, although work was underway to install this and I believe that this is now completed.

The site owners were unobtrusive but very helpful.

Staying in certified sites is not for everyone, if you prefer well lit, modern sites with facilities on site this this is not for you. There is a charm about staying in certified sites, however, the darkness at night is fabulous and the lack of roads and regimented pitches feels more like wild camping.

Toilet facilities are not necessary with the modern 'vans with their shower units, central heating and hot water and it was great to get full use of the van for once! The site has a very natural feel with nice walking areas around it and a lovely park and cricket pitch nearby. The pub is a very short walk away and there is a great cafe within walking distance also.
