We have stayed here about half a dozen times over the past 5 years or so. Sometimes with friends as a small group, and sometimes just Rosemarie and I with our two dogs
We have a large twin axle caravan towed by a 4X4 but have always had plenty of room.
The site is quiet and immaculate.
It has electric hook-ups and friendly helpful owners.
For peace and quiet in rural England this site is hard to beat.
They also have wifi covering it now.
Excellent.
Not seen many (or any noisy) children there, but very dog friendly.

Basic CL. Plenty of space, very quite, electric hook-ups. Open views across fields. This site would be lovely in the summer months and in dry weather.
However, a word of warning. We stayed for a couple of nights in Feb and had a lot of rain the first night.
The site is on a fairly gentle slope, however the field did not drain well after the rain and became very muddy and waterlogged in places (bottom left hand pitch seemed to collect the most water).
We had no chance of moving our van out of the field with our car. Luckily, my brother-in -law was also staying and had a 4 x 4 to tow us out, however it was still a bit of a struggle.
The owners went away for a few days, so no-one to help if we had not had access to a 4 x 4!

Stayed here for 1 night in June 2008 for a school reunion (Kineton High School). This is a nice little CL, cost us £8, has the usual EHU and CWD, is a level well mown field with views over to the Tredington Hills.
It's about 2 miles from Kineton, which has shops and 2 pubs, but the nearest supermarket would be at Stratford upon Avon, about 8 miles.
It is easy to get to, suggest from the M1 to leave at J16, take the road past Napton on the Hill to Southam, which is bypassed, then head towards the Fosse Way and go south on this road. At Bowshot crossroads on the Fosse, turn right (Kineton), and right again (Combrook/Combroke) just past Compton Verney. Or you can get there easily from the Gaydon junction of the M40.
It is central for Stratford, Warwick, the motor museum at Gaydon, Wellesbourne water mill and market and Compton Verney house of course.
