 We are here, for the 4th time and we are delighted! The site, which is family run, has been upgraded. The shower blocks have been refurbished, the surrounding areas has improved roads and I can not recommend this place highly enough.
The mobile homes are spotless and well equipped, the camp site is orderly and quiet. This site is mainly used by French people with a few Dutch and Germans and even fewer English.
It has a pool, which is immaculate and the whole site is spotless. An ideal holiday for quiet couples and families with young children.
This place is not for the lively set, there is no shop., no bar, no entertainment but it's wonderfully quiet.

We’ve just returned from 11 days at this site.
Site. Very clean, quite small and peaceful. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. The pool complex is excellent, but is quite small, and got quite busy at some times. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Fresh bread and croissants can be ordered and are available every morning.
The layout is excellent, with almost all pitches separated by hedges which offered a measure of privacy. It is quite expensive but is equipped and maintained to a high standard. I’m sure you could find cheaper, but I doubt you could find better in the area.
Local Facilities. There is a supermarket about 300m away, and a creperie just outside the site entrance. The closest beaches (choice of two) are also 500-600m from the entrance. Both are large sandy beaches and didn’t get too busy.
Area. There is a lot to see and do in the area. It's about a 20 min walk into the town centre. Carnac market (Wednesday & Sunday) is geared up for the tourist trade. The town is quite small, but very pretty. There is a choice of beaches and so it doesn't seem too crowded, even at the height of the French holiday period. The Quiberon peninsula is well worth a visit, and so is Auray. La Trinite sur Mer is a mecca for yachting. I’ve never seen so many masts in one place before!
Not many people speak English, so it pays to have a smattering of French.
We would definitely return again and to the same camp site.

We have camped and rented a mobile home at this site. Very clean, small, no shop or entertainment. A pool and close to the supermarket and beach. A good walk or bike ride outside of Carnac but close enough to walk back from the restaurants. Family owned and run and the showers and washing facilities are clean and in good order. Suitable for couples and families with younger children. Good play areas for small children and two good restaurants near by. Highly recommended. Down side - expensive.

We have taken our own tent and have rented a static at this site. We have been 4 years in a row and will go next year too. In short, expensive but worth it. Mainly used by the French with no English tourist companies. The owner's daughter speaks English and German really well.
This is a very well run and orderly site. Very quiet, immaculate well run site in a beautiful place and with a fantastic pool. The facilities are spotless, loads of loos, showers and places to wash up. The statics are fantastic - but now really expensive at 710 euros a week. The pitches are big and a very good price. We will be camping next year and love Carnac, which is stunning. Noise or lively behaviour is not tolerated and the family who run this site keep a very close eye on things. Very close to the beach and the area is perfect for cycling, walking, history and nature. There is a games room with pool etc, a washer and dryer, no shop and no organised entertainment. Perfect for couples or familes with little children.
