Found this site looking for a Caravan Club CL south of Bridlington for a couple of nights. When I rang Christine, the CL was full, but they have extended to open another area (The Meadows) open to non Caravan Club members with a pitch available.
The site is well kept & toilet block very clean. Saplings around the Meadows are beginning to get established & will no doubt enhance the site for the future. We met a very friendly welcome from Jeff on arrival & he is very easy guy to get on with, both Jeff & Christine (the hosts) are very helpful & friendly without being intrusive.
There is also an established fishing pond, which showed a good stock of fish & was proving popular with other Caravanner's whilst we were there. (Fishing is included in the site fee) There is also a newly created 2nd pond not as yet open for fishing but had some large fish topping.
Black Bull Pub within 10 minutes walk of the site, (serves food but we didn't sample their menu), with the dog friendly beach a further walk 15 minutes away. (Small shop serving a static caravan site & some parking available) Easy access for Bridlington or approx. 10 minutes from the Park & Ride. A nice quiet relaxing site & a good positive introduction for my partner who was having her first experience of the Motorhome lifestyle.

Just returned from a weekend break here tucked away behind a farm with green field views a quiet peaceful site. Basic amenities but ok. The site is being extended so can take more than 5 vans a lot with hook ups.
Barmston is a small village with a pub and at the other end of the village is the beach with quite a large static site far enough away not to notice. Dogs are allowed and there seems to be a good dog walk round the bottom of the field. All in all a quiet relaxing site.

I found this site to be very quiet and relaxing. There is a toilet block with shower and two toilets plus sinks, they were kept very clean and tidy at all times. The owners were very helpful at all times.
There is a small fishing lake on site and is well stocked, there is a pub 10 mins walk from the site and a good restaurant at the end of the road.
Bridlington is only 5 miles away where there is 2 well known supermarkets, the only other shop near the site is at the beach end of the road on the large holiday site but I found them a bit on the dear side. This is adult only so if you want peace and quiet this is the place to be, I'll will be going again in the very near future.

We booked this site after seeing Flamborough head on the tv and deciding I must go and visit. The site is a 5 pitch adults only cc cl site (although they didn't ask for cc card). The field is positioned at the back of the farm yard with spectacular views all the way round with horse, cattle, goats and hens as your neighbours - fantastic.
Be careful on the approach it isn't well signposted and if you get to the pub you've missed it, like we did! but we swung around in the pub car park.
There is one shower room with a toilet in it and a separate toilet, adequate for only 5 vans I think, very clean and surprisingly warm considering its a barn with no heating. That said it was the warmest week this year!
The pub is no more than 5 mins away. Only went in once - that was enough. The beach is 10 mins walk away. If you walk one way you come to a cafe - keep walking not a pleasant experience. Walked the other way but couldn't find the pub the owner of the site told me about.
The surrounding area is lovely with cute little villages eg Beverley Would recommend this site to anyone looking for a quiet adults only site and at £13 a night absolute heaven.

Lovely, quiet cl, (adults only)just 10 minutes walk away from the beach. Very spacious pitches, all grass, toilet and shower, always clean and tidy. Fishing on site, with it's own pond. Fresh veg to buy in season from the wardens, who are very friendly and helpful.
Ideal for dog walkers, horseshoe walk on site, with cows, chickens, goats etc in the paddocks. Italian restaurant was fully booked (you need to book well before visiting), but had takeaway which was delicious. Bridlington just 10 minutes drive away. Have booked again for this year.

Quiet area and lovely scenery, nice place to relax and chill out, very friendly people who look after you, toilet and shower facilities always kept clean and tidy. Only a small amount of hook ups available around 5 but this is not a problem, local pub Blackbull just over the road and an Italian restaurant only 5 minute walk away, 5 minutes walk to the beach and there is a static caravan park with shop and bar, going back again.

My husband and I stayed here last year to test out our new(ish) camper. It was our first stay and found the owners to be very pleasant and friendly. Everything was well presented, clean and tidy, grass cut, garden areas well looked after.
The toilet facilities were clean and tidy. There is one toilet and one shower which has hot water which was very welcoming due to the rubbish weather during our stay. It rained all day all night of our 4 night stay but it did not ruin the holiday as there was lots of things to do within a short drive.
Within a 10 minute walk up barmston you have pub/tearooms/shop/barmston beach/beauty salon. You can also buy your eggs and homegrown vegetables from the owners of rectory farm too.
It was a delingtful holiday it was lovely to see the animals. We stayed agian more recently and there are some new additions to the farm, highland cows and baby goats - if you book at the right times you can see the animals only a few days old!
All in all a fantastic CL, especially at £12 per night!
Thankyou

What a gem of a CL situated within a working farm. The pitches are level and large with a generous electric supply. Single unisex shower/toilet which was clean and the water hot. The owners and family were amongst the friendliest I have ever met and nothing is too much trouble.
At £12 per night you wont find better. The location is well placed to visit the established east coast attractions.
If your a keen fisherman take your gear as there is an excellent lake within yards of your pitch, will be returning

My husband and myself had lovely 2 nights stay at this site. we found it to be very well kept, the grass is cut very often so there are not big clumps of grass being walked into the caravan, everything is neat and tidy.
There is one toilet and one shower, they are very clean, only criticism, is the shower drains very slowly, it costs 50p in a honesty box for a shower, well worth it as they are nice and hot.
It is near a beach and a pub, the pub being in walking distance. Bridlington and Skipsea are a short drive away, would recommend.

Visited this CL for a weekend and had a really enjoyable time.
The owners are friendly, and welcoming and the CL field is very spacious and level, with views across open countryside.
The toilet and shower are located in a farm outbuilding, and are very clean and well appointed there is a very reasonable 50p charge for use of the shower.
The owners also provide TV aerial booster cables if you are pitched in front of the barns, this was very much appreciated.
On site there is a small well stocked fishing lake with approximately 10 pegs, the site is adult only due to the fishing lake.
The site is about a 10 minute walk from Barmston Beach - 5 minutes walk from the village pub, and 5 minutes walk from an Italian restaurant.
It is ideally situated fro trips by car to Bridlington / Filey / Flamborough, and Driffield.
An excellent CL which is made even better by the welcoming and friendly owners
