 Fantastic site on a working farm.
Ponies, ducks, pigs, chickens.
Friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Water on all hardstanding pitches.
Facilities excellent for a CL - toilet and shower perfectly adequate. Brilliant value at £12 a night.
Log cabin with microwave, fridge, sofa and TV.
Obviously there are not the facilities you'd get at a large expensive site.
We loved it, quiet location and lovely views.
Even though it was a bank holiday weekend it was not over busy
Bridport is quite nearby but feels like a world away.

We are staying here at the moment and it is lovely.
The toilet and shower are perfectly adequate and are clean and well presented.
The lay out on site is brilliant with water to each pitch.
This is the perfect location for visiting this beautiful area, there is something for everyone here.
The owners of the site are lovely unobtrusive but there if you need them.
A really lovely site.

Just spent a wonderful week on this lovely small friendly site, found the facilities basic, clean and presentable and adequate for the size of the site. Good sized pitches and the scenery was to die for. Ideal location for a peaceful/restful holiday only ten minutes drive away from Bridport town which is an interesting old market town with a museum and quaint shops, Charmouth fossil beach is only about twenty-five minutes drive away and scenery on route is beautiful, we will definitely come and stay again.

Spent just over a week at this site. Nice location, on a bit of a hill so nice view, and quiet.
Several downsides (minor but thoughtless)
Shower available in disused log cabin but door has glass panels, no lock and doesn't shut properly, and the light in the bathroom went midweek and wasn't changed. Mop and bucket in the kitchen area, but no disinfectant in it (bone dry all week!). Black mould around the toilet, and the worst bit - no hooks to hang stuff on! how much effort to put these small things right?
There is a very large climbing frame and slide but we were told they had no insurance for children using it, so we were to use it at our own risk.
They have a lovely large ornamental pond in-between the camping field and the toilet. This wasn't well lit at night.
Finally, the hard standings were all in a line, 8ft apart, which to my mind fails to understand the point of a certified site. I want to be as far from other campers as possible!
All in all this is an ok site
