Not much to add to the previous reviews: price for 2 adults and a caravan in mid June 2011 was 14 Euros. Toilet are very clean even having toilet paper and hand soap provided! Clients are mainly Brits and Dutch.
The town is a typical 'Bastide' with a very pleasant square surrounded by a colonade of shops and cafes - excellent to sit and have a beer/coffee etc and listen to the locals (again mainly Brits, after all this is 'Dordogneshire'!) There's even an English shop selling UK goods and plenty of estate agents.
On site Saturdays there's a Happy Hour provided by Phillipe the caretaker - it just adds to what is an excellent campsite.

We came back here with our campervan, last time we had a tent. Very little has changed, but we had more chat with the owner who speaks good English and does his best to see you have a good stay.
The site is still signposted as municipal, but it is now privately owned, they are just slow at changing the sign!
The owner has a few bikes available for loan if you would like one, though the village is near enough to easily walk to. There is free Wifi here too.
I showed him my ACSI card, the site isn't part of the scheme, so he gave me his 'best price' which was very reasonable. I gave him a UKCS sticker to put in his window, so don't forget to mention it if you visit.

Reviewers - mature couple with car, tent and bikes.
The campsite is situated in the centre of a small village south of Bergerac. It is signposted from the main road. I think it may now be privately owned, as 'municipal' had been covered over on the signs. The pitches are level and grassy, and partially divided by hedges. There is plenty of shade. One side of the site is bordered by the river, not very well fenced, so you would need to watch children. The entrance of the site has a barrier which is closed at night. The warden is very friendly and helpful, and speaks english.
The site is in the centre of the village, it is a short walk through a park to the ruined chateau and village square.
The toilet block is new, has separate facilities for men and women, with covered washing up on the outside. There is a washing machine. Everything is kept clean.
There are some shops, restaurants and bars in the village.
The activities of the Dordogne and Lot valleys are all nearby.
Price -moderate
