 Booking was taken for arrival the same day with a tent. Excellent service on the phone when booking.
My Parents were delighted with the place, they stayed for 3 nights in total. They were amazed at the value for money, a tent at £5 per night! including free use of the showers.
Being a sports club, there was access to a bar and food. The folks really enjoyed a pub meal on the canal side while they were there.
My folks would recommend it, a site undergoing improvements at the time so potential for more improvement.
I'm booked in for a stopover on the way down to Cornwall in August.
The other important thing to consider is that the site is within a mile or so off the M5 motorway Junction 5, excellent for stopovers.
