We had really lovely stay at Greenore! The site was very peaceful and the owners couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome.
We were greeted with a warm welcome of tea and cake and then shown our place to park our large van.
The facilities were very good for such a small site with efficient showers and washing up facilities, hot water etc.
Also there's a great campers cabin where you can sit and socialise if you want and keep warm and dry if the weather's bad. There was plenty of information about local activities and the site is good for access as it's just off the main road.
All in all a lovely site which we'll definitely re-visit.

We had never heard of this site before (read no reviews etc) as friends had booked it it at short notice although they had visited before.
Very shortly after we had arrived - coffee and cake arrived to welcome us (I started to caravan with my parents in 1977 and this was the first time that this had this happened).
The site is level, quite well situated, clean and tidy. Needless to say our hosts were extremely helpful.
If you have children, it's the type of site that they can run free without bothering anyone.
N. B the cooked breakfast is well worth enquiring about and its very reasonably priced.

I had an excellent stay at the Greenore site. On arrival I met the owner who promptly offered me a cup of tea and showed me round the site. The toilets and showers were fine and I particularly liked the Campers cabin which is ideal for getting out of the weather if you are in a tent. Throughout the visit the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. They recommended a good pub for an evening meal and real ale (The Eagle in Cardigan) and cooked me a splendid full English breakfast. I've been to campsites far more glossy (and expensive) than this but I've rarely had a better welcome. I hope to return in Spring.

Friendly welcome, cuppa and slice of cake which was most welcome after a long drive.
The toilets and showers rather let this site down.
No hot water to wash your hands in either toilet. A half glazed door and no curtain on one of the toilets was rather odd and potentially embarrassing. The worst problem when we visited was the entrance to the field we were directed to, very very muddy.
With a little maintenance this could be a very nice site.

What a super site we found - we were give the most warm welcome and then offered tea and cake (lemon Drizzle)- what a super idea - the site was nice and level the ground was good - toilet and shower's were clean - nice and easy access from the road - Wish we could have stayed longer - Break fast orders taken and the Bar/family room was a great idea and used often - nice a close to lovely beach's and Cardigan town - would go back tomorrow.

Travelling from Belgium, we booked in advance and preferred a small and rather quiet campsite. Greenore turned out to be just that. Dave and Sue run a nice, clean and relaxed campsite and obviously enjoy it. We were welcomed with thee and cake. We could pop in at any time if we had any questions, problems, and so we did (thank you for lending us some teatowels!). Greenore is situated on a main road (easy to access with touring caravan but no problems with trafic-noise).
The campsite has a lot of space (grass) for the kids to play and a cabin to relax in at rainy days. The facilities are kept clean on a regular basis.
Lots of things to do and see in the area: walks (Dinas Head, Teifi Marshes. ) Castell Henllys (though somewhat expensive for what it is), Pentre Ifan, Tenby, Aberport, crabfishing (Dave knows a brilliant spot!), Cardigan Show, .
In spite of the rainy weather, we enjoyed our stay at Greenore and will book again when staying in the area.
Cardigan has a well equipped Tourist Information Office.

I was part of a group of 14 adults (21 to 57), 7 children (8 to 17) and 4 dogs, who went to celebrate the Jubilee. It was the first time we had all been away together.
Sue and Dave made us feel welcome with a drink and cake whilst we put up the tents. We had a big enough area and were able to play rounders and football, etc.
The snug was great on the first wet night and accomodated all of us, where we played darts and chatted, etc and the breakfasts were tasty!
The toilets and shower facilities were clean and adequate and in time they will hopefully have more.
Sue gave good information for things to do and places to go and also googled the weather for us.
Thanks for a lovely time!

Spent 8 nights here in a tent with my husband and 11 month old baby, accompanied by mum and dad in a campervan. The site was really easy to find and access from the main road.
Dave brought us tea and homemade lemoncake while we were setting up, which was lovely. We stayed in the hook-up field as the campervan needed electric (and we wanted to be together), but would have struggled with the tent at the bottom of the field due to the slope. Fortunately there weren't many others there when we arrived so we had our pick of the flatter pitches at the top.
2 toilets and 3 showers were ample while the site was quiet, but don't know how we would go on if the site was busy. Nice to have an undercover washing up area, and the freezer came in very handy. We didn't use the BBQ area or the cabin, but nice things to have.
Loads to do in the area, Cardigan very close for shops/food/emergency wellies. Beautiful beaches - Mwnt, Aberporth, Aberaeron, Tresaith, Llanangrog, New Quay etc.
A very nice small, relaxed and welcoming site. Great value.

Just returned home from Greenore. It was our first ever outing in our campervan & David & Sue at Greenore couldn't have made us feel more at home! Even getting us tea & cake on arrival!
The setting was beautiful & within easy reach of Cardigan, New Quay, Aberaeron & some stunning beaches at Mwnt and Llangrannog. The site is also on the local bus route, which is great if you don't fancy taking your motorhome everywhere.
The site facilities were all modern & clean & the campers cabin (games/recreation room) was also well equipped.
It was also so lovely to speak to Sue & David - their enthusiasm and love for the area was almost infectious & they gave us lots of help and recommendations for places locally.
Would definitely recommend the campsite to friends & are planning to go back in the future.
