Very clean and tidy site, a bit dated, excellent play area for the children. Club house - although says families welcome the family room is a small room on the side with nothing for the younger children to do and they are not allowed in the bar. But everyone on the site are very friendly especially the warden who calls round regularly to check everything is ok.

Very well run caravan site, grass kept fantastic. Toilet block clean but showers very hot! if all three showers working then its fine! Kids play area is really good. Ducks on the site are very friendly, went into the awning to see 10 ducklings and mum following behind. She soon cleared them out. Wish my little one reacted like they do!
Withernsey beaches are good and quite close but withernsey is a bit run down, not good for shopping etc only good old tescos! they seem to be everywhere. Had a relaxing holiday.

We found this a lovely well maintained site. We stayed  after Easter so the site was very quiet. Pitches are flat and well spaced. The warden showed us to our pitch and was very helpful. You get a remote button for the barrier at the entrance and a key to the toilet block ( £10 deposit for each) The toilets were old fashioned but spotless & warm. The showers were great with loads of hot water.
The only disappointment was the size of the fishing lake as a good cast would land on the opposite side- didn't stop Grandad catching loads though! We didn't use the club as we were visiting relatives but it looked OK. The town centre was a 10 min walk away but we always drove as the weather was not too good. We went into Hull to the Deep- excellent but not a full day visit- but by far the best attraction was the free guided tour of the Arctic Corsair fishing trawler.

We have just returned home from our bank holiday weekend break at the willows, this was a nice friendly site ,with a warm welcome from Malcolm(the warden).
The site was very clean and tidy ,showers were clean water a bit cold though. There,s a small club with family room at back. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Withernsea is just up the road about a 20minute walk. We had a really nice weekend and will visit again.

We have stayed on this site on 2 occasions now and have been made very welcome. Excellent fishing pond(if youre a fisherman). Park is a bit dated but the kids didn`t mind! Shower block dated too but Malcolm`s (warden) wife keeps them spotlessly clean. On both occasions we were shown to our pitch and even helped to unhitch. Malcolm the warden is a great bloke (his wife is lovely too) If there is anything that you want, if he hasn`t got, it he will do hs best to help you find it. The site also has a great field, if like us you`re into playing rounders!! If you do play rounders, get Malcolm off his bum to do some fielding as he got away with it this time! Worth a visit.

What this site lacks in amenities, it certainly makes up for with its warm welcome. Upon arrival we were greeted by the warden Malcom, (mines a pint of mild)!, who throughout our visit looked after our every need, from hitching up, to where to go, what to do etc. His lovely lady wife also kept the toilets and showers spotlessly clean at all times and even though they were a bit dated and you needed a key (£5 deposit) they were more than adequate. There were a few seasonal tourers and about 40 touring pitches on quite level ground, although some beside the kiddies park were without electric.
This site is mainly statics. Theres a fishing lake and a pitch and putt onsite, which is in need of a bit attention, as was the four piece kiddies park which was a bit disappointing for this day and age.
The clubhouse had a large adult only lounge with occasional bingo, singer at weekends etc, however the family room was quite small with only a couple of outdated space invader machines. Nevertheless the barman 'uncle Alan' came to the rescue with his magic tricks and balloon bending and as there were no food facilities onsite, he even brought us a plate of local speciality, bread and dripping for us to try from the very friendly residents and details of which take-aways delivered to the site and even menus! So if they didnt have it, they would certainly try to get it for you.
A nice freindly site, all welcome and cheap too -£13 a night for caravan with awning and electric. Withernsea only a couple of minutes drive away too.
