This is a fantastic little site, right on the beach. The site is well kept and very tidy. No frills- but perfect for a quiet get away.
A very short walk from the site is East Preston which has a few cafes and pubs that were getting back into business after the lockdown.
The toilets on site were closed due to Covid restrictions but that was made clear at booking.
The owner of the site was very accommodating and checked that all was ok during our stay. Highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

Excellent location with views the beach and kite surfers most days. No showers and toilets were closed due to Covid but not an issue.
Zoe the owner was there to check everything ok.
Definitely recommend if you are ok with a quiet basic site with a very short walk to cafes & pubs and a view of the sea.

What a lovely find! This is a great little place.
Perfect location and we picked a beautiful couple of days to show off the scenery and sunsets!
Shops and pubs nearby too.

What an idyllic site. Right next to the sea, so no road noise. Close to two pubs and an amazing Indian restaurant.
The pitches are generous and the site is well maintained. Very quiet out of season.
Beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
Only toilets on site but that is fine for a short weekend.

Just returned from another lovely stay here. Great site, great village and great dog friendly beach.
The beach cafe, Salt, is now under new management since our last visit and was open every day, we enjoyed bacon sarnies and coffee.
We will be back before the season ends for more sea air.

Absolutely fantastic! Zoe, one of the owners, could not have been more helpful.
Toilet facilities, washing up and Chemical Disposal area all kept immaculately clean.
The small site, with electric hookup, could not be closer to the beach.
Within walking distance are shops and various eateries.
Look forward to returning!

Great little site next to the beach, with a cafe on the beach and a pub behind the site, also more pubs/eateries in the village a 1 minute walk away, plus a convenience store.
Ideal spot for water sports, walked dogs on beach, no restrictions at anytime for dogs.
Clean and tidy site, large grass pitch. Owners helpful and welcoming.
Looking forward to a return visit.

Small lovely site right on the beach with pub/hotel/restaurant behind site. Only one touring pitch it seems but absolutely lovely. Only downside no shower. Delightful. Very helpful owner. Would certainly return if it was not so far away from Leicester. They also have a static van, in which my son, who was visiting from NZ with family, stayed. Excellently appointed.

Started caravanning again last year, tried a few sites. This site is best so far, exactly what the doctor ordered. Well looked after site, Zoe and Phil made us feel very welcome, next to beautiful beach and lovely village. If I could pick seasonal pitch, it would defo. Be here. My daughter also stayed in static caravan on same break, I have stayed in many, this one is so modern clean and cosy, (may even leave tourer at home and swap for break in this). Already booked for 3 more stays. 11 out of 10.
