Lovely, well kept site with views of Ingleborough mountain. Very slight road noise, but not intrusive.
We were in the field rather than a hardstanding pitch as it was a late booking in peak season, but we can make do without electric and it was great for our dog so didn’t mind at all!
Very nice shower block - although the site was full, the showers were never busy.
The owners were friendly and helpful with information about local walks. Easy 15 minute walk to the village through a couple of fields, and a bit further to the waterfalls walk and Ingleborough.
4 pubs in the village and a lovely micro bar called the Old Post Office. Plus a few cafes, crafty tourist shops, a CoOp and a visitors centre.
Would definitely recommend this quiet site.

A beautiful, peaceful site, set in amazing countryside. Malcolm, the owner went out of his way to be helpful, even lending us an aerial to watch the Euro final when our own couldn’t get a signal.
Had one of the nicest meals for a long time at The Masons Arms, just a short walk away!
A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to The Country Stores where you will empty your wallet buying lots of delicious foods😁.
White Scar Cave, just a few minutes drive away was definitely worth a visit, albeit a bit pricey at £12 a head.
A gem of a site and one which we strongly recommend.

Fabulous stay at Lundholme farm. Spacious pitch fully serviced. The owners, Malcolm & Hilary are very welcoming and friendly.
The toilet and shower block is spotlessly clean, with 2 toilets and 3 showers, one was for the disabled with drop down sit on chair with toilet facilities, 2nd the same but without the showering seat and the 3rd was just a shower, all with fixed shower heads, press button (I think 20 seconds)
It’s a working farm so was lovely being surrounded by sheep & cows. Great base for Skipton, Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be choosing that site again when holidaying over in that neck of the woods
