Very friendly owners, only 3 toilets & showers for ladies in the block but as it's more of a touring site than a campsite I'm guessing most people will have their own toilets & showers.
The toilets & showers were clean & it was a nice touch having a stool plus a storage box for clothes in the shower cubicle.
Great location for exploring Norfolk. Hardstanding pitch with hookup for £16. 50 per night is a good deal.

We intended staying for one night but found this site so lovely we stayed a second. We would have made a return visit on our way home, except the site was fully booked for the weekend.
The site and all its facilities were attractive, exceptionally clean and very well maintained - the best we found in our week in North Norfolk. The showers were great, with thoughtful extras such as plastic boxes in which to store your belongings so they didn't get wet as you showered.
Breckland Meadows was one of the few we found with wi-fi available - not essential, of course, but surprising that more sites don't have it in this day and age.
The Reception shop offers a few basic foodstuffs, which is fine for emergencies as the town centre is just a couple of minutes' away by car or a few minutes' walk to the nearby supermarket. One corner of the reception has been set up as a small lounge/library, with a couple of armchairs and shelves full of books to read.
We only met Andy, who was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Experienced caravanners, this was our first outing in our motorhome and when it came to emptying our waste water, Andy offered us a Wastemaster to do so.
We will be coming back when we visit North Norfolk!

Lovely friendly site. Good position with easy walk to Swaffham and amenities. Owner very accommodating as booked last minute.
Excellent customer service and very welcoming despite later than normal arrival time. Shower block first class with lots of hot water.
Very secure with barrier entrance. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
A pleasant change to some of the overpriced sites around and adult only, what more could you want.

Fabulous small friendly site. It was during this extremely hot weather so the grass was a little brown but was still supporting the rabbit population.
Its an extremely clean and tidy site with shower block kept immaculately. The shop seems to be run on an honesty system with just a few bits available.
When we arrived Andy was out so we pressed said buzzer and he spoke to us and let us in through the barrier and told us to find a pitch and he would find us later, , which he did. He offered us a paper for the morning and an aerial lead.
I don't know if you pay more for the aerial leads but we are not big tv watchers so declined. Other campers were friendly and we had a great short visit. We will most definitely be back. Thank you.

Adult only site with good toilet & shower facilities. Very helpful owner. Poor TV signal but aerial hook up available at EHU post.
Some road noise if you are pitched near entrance.
Disused railway line has a walk into the town as walking on the road can be hazardous.

Nice little site. Perfect location for exploring this part of Norfolk - a 15 minute walk into swaffham via a disused railway track where you will find places to eat, a supermarket and all the usual small town conveniences.
The site has a modern shower block, a nice reception with basics in and a friendly helpful owner. Only downside was the traffic noise from the A47 and the road into swaffham as you are wedged between the two.
It's the only negative though and all the rest outweighs this minor niggle.

Perfect site for us as lightweight campers travelling by bike with trailer & small-ish tent. Very friendly welcome from owners & other campers, excellent showers, extremely reasonable rates.
Also, short, quiet, walk along disused railway line to town centre for great local shops (especially the butcher!) & bus service - 30 minute interval for X1 service to Norwich/Kings Lynn (& onward to Wisbech & Peterborough.
Owners seem to have thought of everything and there's even a good strong wifi signal!
First class.

Stayed here for a week. We were shown to our pitch and told to get set up and pay when we were ready. Quite a few seasonal pitches (that weren't being used) so the site was relatively quiet.
Owners could not have been more helpful, they have free access to wifi and have long aerial leads that you can borrow although TV reception is very good and our van aerial worked perfectly. Small shop on site for essentials. Lovely walk along a disused railway track which takes you into the town of Swaffham. Great for walking the dog off the lead.
Toilet block is fantastic. Large powerful drench type showers with on off/ and temp lever (not your usual push button for 5 seconds of water).
The Indian restaurant in town (Indian Summer) is one of the tastiest I have ever had. Two starters, two mains with rice and nan + a couple of drinks for under £40.
The only let down was the weather and we can't blame them for that.
Really good value for money.

Quiet, comfortable little site with friendly, helpful owners. Good position for touring North Norfolk and with short walk into Swaffham. Good value for money with electric hook-up and all site facilities.
Wifi also included. Modern heated toilet block with plenty of hot water, soap and hand dryers, although could be a little cleaner.
Washing and washing up facilities also. Would certainly recommend.

This site was excellent. We spent a week here and found it ideal for touring the area. Being adult only, the only noise was from the road but you got used to that. Barrier system so you feel more secure and the owners are lovely. You see them around or can ring a bell if you want to ask something, but they don't intrude.
As stated previously, facilities are excellent. Showers were big and boxes provided for your clothes if you wished. Wash up area and washing machine. Small shop with honesty box system.
Very busy site with a number of seasonal vans, but an ideal size.
Swaffham has plenty to offer in range of shops and you can walk into town easily, either on old railway behind site, or along wide cut grass verge until you reach pavement.
Nice area, lovely site and very well maintained. A credit to the owners.
