A very well kept site, toilet facilities are second to none. Everything about and around the site is excellent

Highly recommend a visit. It’s a nice central point if you want to go and visit places.

But is also very peaceful if you want to relax.

 What a brilliant site.

The owners Kevin and Kate were so friendly and would go round the site each making sure that everyone was ok. They were very proud, and rightly so of the work they had done to the site since taking over only 4 years ago.

The facilities were excellent

Absolutely blown away by this campsite, spotlessly clean, the showers, the toilets always spotless. The area where to wash dishes, immaculate.

Our pitch was very generous, lovely short cut grass to pitch upon, Kev was very helpful in guiding us to the pitch and supplying cables ties for our long ehu cable.

The recycling centres on site all labelled and immaculate.

This site has land to exercise your dogs and they have little poo bins along the way.

This is our first stay on an adult only campsite and to be honest I think we were the youngest but it was perfect, it was peaceful, friendly and just a fabulous place to sit, relax and chill.

To be honest there isn’t much In the village, a coffee shop that belongs to a garden centre and a pub, however, every time we walked to it, it was closed.

We didn’t venture out anywhere as we were happy to sit, relax and listen to the birds.

The chip van that attends on a Friday evening is an absolute must.

Thank you to Kev and Kay for such a lovely stay.

Very clean and tidy, the dog walk was lovely even if you don't have a dog 😀

This site was our last after a month touring East Anglia and whilst many of the sites were lovely this one was one of the best. We had a hardstanding pitch at £23 pn and received a very warm welcome.

We had sufficient water on board so didn’t need to fill up from the nearby tap. The grey water disposal point which is located on the drive was on the wrong side for emptying from our European Motorhome, especially in the rain but we were told that modification were in the pipeline.

The toilet/shower facilities were wonderful. We walked round the corner to the Chestnut Garden Centre for breakfast, caught the bus (every 30 min) for the 40 min ride to Spalding (other way to Kings Lynn) and then returned back to the garden centre for afternoon tea and cake - perfect.

The area is nice and flat for walking. There were no shops in the village but there is a pub.

A lovely very well kept site. Very pleasant owners, very eager to please. Great dog walking area.

Didn't use the Laundry room but the toilet and washrooms were of the highest of standards.

Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Because of the Covid restrictions in place we were unable to give some of the site facilities no score, but if the facilities " Toilet block and Showers " are anything like the rest of the site then we would give it a ten.

A cracking little site, a motor mover is recommended because some pitches are a bit tight to get on, but if no mover then help is available in the shape of Keith, the owner of the site.

We spent four nights there, absolute heaven, and a great welcome from Keith.

We will be staying there again next year when it hopefully, everything will be 100% up and running

Lovely friendly owners greeted us on arrival and showed us to our plot.

We were told in advance that toilets and showers would not be open.

The site was immaculate and although we stayed at the motorhome we were told by neighbours of lovely walks.

Definitely will go again

Adult only 5* site, spotlessly clean and the lawns even have stripes!

The washing and showering facilities are excellent. Washing machine, tumble dryer (both chargeable) and microwave all available.

A first class welcome from Kevin and Kay who go out of their way to be helpful.

Highly recommend (but don’t all come here as I don’t want it to be full up next time I want to visit lol)

My wife used site facilities rather than the van for the first time ever - that probably says it all!

Site accessed via long driveway, leading to automatic barrier. We pulled to the front of reception on entering, welcomed to the site by the owner. Given information regarding facilities on the site. Escorted to our pitch for the week.

This site is absolutely stunning, the shower block is pristine. Throughout the day the owners were busily attending to the daily needs to keep the site looking beautiful.

The dog walking site, was amazing, your dog is allowed off the lead and was immaculately maintained to the same high standards of the site. The site is an absolute credit to its owners.

Very peaceful, don't hesitate in booking!
