We chose this site as it’s close to home and we wanted to try our folding camper out for the first time without having to go too far. It’s a small site but clean and well maintained. The owners are friendly and helpful and show you to your pitch on arrival.

There are 2 toilets and one shower, both of which are spotless. The shower is in with one of the toilets but it’s big so myself, my husband and our little boy all managed to shower in there comfortably. It has a non slip floor so it was safe for my son to run about under the water which he thought was brilliant.

They also have a washing machine and dryer for a charge and wifi which was £4.50 for 1 day and £7 for 3 days although we didn’t use any of these.

There’s no washing up area but the owners will lend you a bowl and drainer if you need one. I managed to boil the kettle for hot water and wash up on the table in the awning.

We had visitors whilst there which the owners were fine about, we just told them what car and what time and they showed them in.

On the sites website it shows a lot more toys for the kids but all they had when we arrived was a plastic wendy house. There was giant chess and draughts but our son who’s 22 months, couldn’t really play with them. I was hoping the cosy coupe and little kitchen shown on the website would be there. They also have some space hoppers although a couple need replacing as they’d burst and there was a boules area. The play area could benefit from soft flooring as gravel stone isn’t the safest for falling over on.

As he’s so young our little one wouldn’t really care where he was at the moment but for older kids I’d be worried they may get bored. There are no ball games allowed as the site as it's so small.

It also says on the site they have 10 hard standing and 10 grass but 9 of the hard standings were taken by permanent residents and we only saw one empty hard standing.

There is not much to do in the local area but go shopping. There are a few shops in March itself and a Tesco & Sainsbury’s nearby also. If you want to drive over an hour you have Hunstanton and Norfolk but that was too far for us for just a weekend stay.

We paid to stay until Monday but the weather on the Sunday was awful, non stop rain and there was nothing to do so we came home.

The site is peaceful in itself but it’s close to a VERY BUSY main road and the noise seemed to be continuous all night. It took a while to drop off the first night. If you’re in a caravan it might not be too bad but under canvas it’s pretty loud and annoying.

This site was nice for our first trip to test the camper but we wont return as there is little to do and the main road is far too noisy.

A lovely little site, aimed at families with young children. The owners, Sue and Danny, were very welcoming and helpful, appearing every so often to check we were ok, and to see if we needed anything, and Danny helped us pitch the van - even though it was pouring with rain!

There are only two toilets and one shower, but although the site was full we never had to queue, so the facilities are obviously ample for the number of pitches.

We didn't see much of the local area, as our weekend had already been planned out - we were visiting friends. We did use the local Tesco, and tried to use the swimming pool in March, but it was closed on the bank holiday Monday.

We visited Fenland camping and caravan park over the Easter weekend, It was our first time caravaning, and we were very pleased with our first trip.

We were made to feel at home. The site was very clean, the toilet and shower were excellent. We had electric hook up, we had all four seasons in one weekend, but we really enjoyed our stay, and are very keen to get back out caravaning again. Hopefully without the snow!

Locally we found a very good fish and chip shop, the town of March is small but has Tesco's and other shops that you need.

Many thanks to the people at the site hopefully see you soon

Small and peaceful campsite, next to a field with horses, off a residential road.  Very clean toilets and shower - only one shower on the site.  Welcoming atmosphere, with some regular or long stay guests helping to receive visitors.  Our children (aged two to seven) loved the space hoppers, Wendy house, giant chess and draughts.
Plenty of nearby interest, such as Ely cathedral, Wicken Fen and a Wetland site.  We really enjoyed a visit to Flag Fen - remains of a Bronze and Iron Age village and sacred site, East of Peterborough.  That town also has an outdoor pool, but the children's bit was shut the day we visited, so we went to the nearby indoor pool, which has a lovely warm teaching pool for babies and children.

Nice place, great for young kids as you can easily keep an eye on them. Friendly owners, very clean and looks like a new shower and loo area.

Popped into tesco a few times! its: right turn out of site, left at roundabout 2nd left at roundabout (over bridge) and its on the right

Great price at £11 PN inclusive of EHU. If you like to ride a bike then its very flat! though the national speed limit may put you off some of the roads - we went to Sandringham and rode around there as it has bike only trails.

Visited this site for the first time in June 2006. Can only say that the site is a treasure.
Toilets are immaculate, the field was perfect and the owner was superb.

Will certainly be returning in the future and would 100% recommend especially if you are either looking for some peace and quiet or if you have small children.

Generally quiet little site but suffering some road noise from the main road which runs to the east. The noise on Good Friday, for some reason, went on all night - sounded like the army on the move!
Showers and toilet adequate. The Three Tuns down the road looks tatty but does an excellent Sunday Roast. Quite a lot of residents.

A right little find! This small but very well kept site was fantastic. The play area (equipped with giant chess, draughts, space hoppers and a boules area) in the centre of the site made it easy for us to keep an eye on the children (and adults - I don't know who had more fun!). The shower and toilet facilities were spotless and the owner really friendly and helpful.

There was a shop closeby (although we didn't see it)and Tesco about 3 miles up the road for any forgotten essentials.

We stayed for 3 nights and at £9 per night (caravan, awning, electric, 2 adults and 2 children) we thought this fantastic value.

Would definately recommend this site to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Nice quite site, friendly owner, mainly caravans when we were there. Plenty for kids to play with on the small site, although trying to keep them from leaving the toys in the path the cars used to come in and out was not easy. Flexible size pitches were very accomidating, the owner came over for a look in our Diablo 900 intriged by it's size.

Nice surronding area, but no restraunt or pub close to hand, they mention one within 1 mile so there is one around somewhere.

There are two toilets, but one of these has the only shower in it. This does cause a problem, not much but trying to get a shower first think wasn't easy. If you really wanted a toilet
in the morning this could turn out to be a big problem. This aside the site was clean, safe and friendly and the price is excellent. Great location for getting a look at surronding
towns etc.

The toilets and showers were very clean, a mop is provided in shower room for you to clean up after yourself. There is a chemical disposal point and drinking water tap on site. Rubbish bins are provided and emptied regulary. There is no dish washing area, so washing up after meals involved heating water and washing up the dishes behind
the tent. There is a washing machine and dryer available for a charge.

We would go back to stay again, a great little site.
