We only stayed at Putts Corner for one night, and arrived early one Monday morning even before the weekend traffic had left, but the excellent wardens came up trumps and found us somewhere to pitch! When you check in to the sight you get a voucher to use at the local pub, The Hare & Hounds. Obviously we used it and had a smashing carvery lunch, faultless! There are two toilet blocks on site, but they looked a bit tired if compared to other Caravan Club sites, but they are still very clean! The town of Honiton is close by and has a Tesco for your provisions. All in all, a great drop off point for us!

All the usual Caravan Club facilities. Nice and peaceful wooded site, but there are few pitches that will not require levelling blocks. The Toilet/shower facilities are a bit dated compared to other CC sites but still usable and very clean. Good on site dog walk, pub is easy to get to through sites own footpath, but everywhere else needs you to drive. It did seem a bit cramped on the grass pitches as it filled up for the weekend. As a motorhome owner we found suitable parking in Sidmouth by following the coach parking signs, nice large car park with plenty of spaces to stick your overhang.

A pleasant site visited at the end of the season. Toilet facilities were first class. Very helpful staff, nice friendly atmosphere. Very quiet site. Pub 200 yards, very good food & a chippy van one night a week. Definitely a return to site.

A very clean and well run site! Toilets and showers very clean. The staff were especially friendly- the only criticism I have of the site is that some of the pitches are steeply sloped. If you are reversing back into the pitch it can be damaging to your clutch.

A very nice pleasant spacious site with a great pub next door. Watch out for the water though - it is a bore hole which runs a little low in the summer months and can taste a bit odd - bring your own bottled water for drinking etc. If you want a bit more space and less noise choose the area of the site immediately to the left as you enter the site before getting to the wardens hut. My parents have been there many times and I can see the attraction now.
