This campsite is a total delight set as it is on the edge of the owners' garden complete with pond.

The owners were helpful and were there if needed but left us in peace otherwise. For the minimal charge of £1 a night connections to satellite dishes to boost reception were available as the reception on the normal aerial is not good. These dishes have been specially installed around the ground. The toilet facilities were excellent with two toilets and a coin operated shower if needed. The children's play area offered them plenty to keep them occupied.

Perhaps the only minus was the traffic down a side lane to a factory up on the hill but this was spasmodic and did not impinge too much on the peace of the surroundings. This site comes highly recommended by us.

Warm welcome from the wardens. Felt very spoilt as we were the only guests for the whole weekend. Mostly quiet and peaceful. Some traffic along the road adjacent to the touring field but no problem at night. Beautiful location which we will return to. Perfect for exploring the north Norfolk coast. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at The Crown in East/West Rudham on the A148. We had visited Cromer and Burnham Market in the past, so decided to try Fakenham and Sheringham. Fakenham feels a little 'tired' but Sheringham is well worth a visit.

First time we have stayed at a CL site. We stayed 6 nights at this very nice caravan club cl site.

Level pitches, friendly owners, free internet, washing machine (small charge £3) 10 amp electric hookup, 2 toilets, shower (small charge)

We have a cheap freeview box and had no trouble at all getting a good TV reception. Location near Fakenham race course and North Norfolk coast.

Beware there are about 5 CL sites along this road - do not do as we did pitch up on the wrong site (sites had same postcode) We had to reverse all actions and tow about 30 yards to the right site. Glad we did though

 Fantastic caravan site !

The owners are really lovely, always there to offer advise and help out.

For a 5cl, they are amazing, offering a climbing frame with slide for the kids, they also have a pond with ducks, though the fish eat the bread first !.

They have a new shower block with 2 toilets and a shower with a small utility room with washing machine (small £3 charge). They also have free wifi, which was superb, great reception.

Also due to the bad tv reception for £1 a day you can hook into an individual sky dish, they provide you with the box. Its only 15 minutes from the seaside. Lots of great places to visit.

Fantastic value for £12 a night !

We have visited this CL many times before with my husband and two children (8 and 12) and is really wonderful. It's a really great CL which only has 5 pitches.

As it is only a CL there is not a shop but Fakenham is only a 12 min (approx) drive away and has loads of shops, a cinema and an ice-cream parlour won't go a miss either. It is also only a short drive from the beach however in October we didn't get the best use of it!

The toilet block has two immaculate toilets, and a very good powerful shower. It is very new and was spotless from arrival to departure however there is a charge for the shower but it is worth it.

Electric hookup comes with every pitch and there's free wireless broadband which is probably just as well as the TV is rubbish and you cannot even pick up the basic channels in some areas.

There is plenty from the kids to do and a large field with is perfect for riding bikes on and also has a small climbing frame.

I would recommend this everyone and on top of all that it is around £11 a night!

Lovely site, set in a beautiful area of Norfolk.

The grassy pitch is kept immaculate and so are the facilities - two very clean private toilets, plus shower block, together with washing machine facilities and free WiFi internet access (if you ask the owner kindly to set your laptop up!). There is also a small area for children to play. The owners are very well organised, genuinely care about their guests and are proud of their lovely CL.

The site is just outside the quaint little village of South Creake. A drive through South (and then North) Creake will bring you out at Brancaster and then you can either go left or right along the coast road - both ways are very nice and have interesting points to stop at.

I would definitely return to this site again.

Fantastic CL site, one of the best we have visited, quiet, not close to any facilities but exceptionally well kept and looked after. Owners very obliging and helpful, excellent facilities for a CL with a shower and WC's - Shower takes 10p's - need about 2/3 for a decent shower. If you want peace and quiet in a really well looked after site then use this one, you can get to all parts of Norfolk from here with ease, very reasonable cost also.

This is a wonderful Caravan Club CL. The grass always looks lovely: mowed and well cared for. The newly built shower / toilet block is warm, spacious and spotlessly clean - its the best I've ever seen on a campsite. There is even a washing machine! The owners are friendly and go out of their way to ensure the comfort and safety of the caravanners.

We shared a caravan with friends at this really well kept site in mid-August this year.

It's a really, really nice CL which is big enough for the kids to kick a ball around without annoying everyone and owned by some very nice people.

The "toilet block" has two toilets, and a very good power shower. It's very new and was kept spotless while we were there.

10A electric hookup is standard and there's free wireless broardband which is probably just as well as TV reception is next to impossible.

As it's a CL, there's no liltte shop or anything like it but Fakenham is about 10 minutes drive away and there are loads of shops and even a Cinema there.
