A lovely hidden gem. For the price it was perfect. A small field with 2 eco style showers. Toilet facilities in the pub 24 hours. Both were spotless.
The landlord and staff could not do enough for us and we're so friendly and welcoming.
We didn't eat in the pub but I must say the pub was very well laid out for covid and fellow campers said the food was amazing and plentiful.

A last minute booking so probably not my first location option but actually the best choice I ever made
A nice level site next to a fantastic pub. Friendly hosts, Wonderful Pub food, spot on showers and clean toilets.
Everything perfect for a short stayover.
Many thanks, Stuart

This is a nice little site. The owner is friendly and helpful.
There is a 230volt power supply available but not on all pitches.
The WC’s which are at the side of the pub are spotless. The only negative is the lack of potwash facilities which could be annoying for campers
At £15 a night with hookup it is jolly good value for money.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and booked last minute so choice was limited.
The site was the only one with space and we were apprehensive because it says motorcyclists and rallies welcome, and having a young family that would not be suitable.
But actually this was a cracking little campsite full of other families that our kids could play with.
Being a bit further out from the coast meant that we could visit a different beach every day.
The use of the pub toilets even when its closed is great, there are shower blocks at the back and the food at the pub is fantastic as well.
I would highly recommend. The camping field is far enough away from the pub to not hear the noise, but close enough to use the facilities, and if like me you're worried about rallies, just ring ahead, the owner said they have to be booked in advance.
The only downside was that the communal fridge for freezer blocks wasn't working so we had to use the pub freezers, which was only an issue when the pub is closed. I'm sure it will be fixed soon though.
The owner would go out of is way to help, thumbs up from me!

We arrived here having only booked for one night. The food, beer and staff were so lovely that we decided to stay for a longer period of time.
There was a music weekend on with a lively band on a fantastic Friday night. A different style of band on the Saturday and a Jazz evening on the Sunday (one Sunday a month this happens) with musicians from the James Taylor quartet etc.
Overall we had a great stay. Clean toilets in the pub available 24hrs and a shower at the top of the site with instant hot water. A lovely quiet site with a pub on your door step.

We had an interesting few days here. The site was tidy and peaceful. We didn't use the showers, but access to the toilets in the pub was a useful facility.
There was an issue with the electric but I'm sure that will be resolved soon. Access is a bit tight through the car park, and we arrived at school leaving time which didn't help much.
But the site was lovely, the owner was very nice, we were able to stay close to our friends and we will definitely be going back.

Beautiful quiet site. Very welcoming pub on site that serves lovely food. Owners are in the process of building showers for the campers.
We would definitely stay again.
Good location to visit the sites of Norfolk too. Close to Foxley wood nature reserve and blakney point seal watching.
