Stayed one night to attend a family anniversary. Good solid hardstanding with plenty of space and easy access. Site is at the top of the hill along a concrete drive. Depending where you pitch you may need two electric cables but the site owners can provide an extension lead. Grassed area which is kept short for tents alongside a hedge. No organised children's activities but the footpaths around the area will take you past farms and fields with new born lambs and young calves. Shower & toilet all spotless. 360 degree views covering the Aire Valley and over towards Beamsley Beacon and many footpaths direct from the site. A mile and a quarter down the hill to Silsden which has all the amenities of an old West Yorkshire wool village. Highly recommended and will revisit.

Spent a week here just before Easter and experienced all four seasons of weather in six days. Snow on Tuesday, sunbathing on Thursday!

As others have said this is a very relaxing site to stay on. The views are lovely but then again it is on top of a hill, expect it to be breezy or more. Also remember this when planning your route!

The WC/Shower were spotless and, despite only one of each, never a queue. There is a large hardstanding area but I went onto the grass strip adjacent to the hedge. This could be slippy/soft during heavy rain but the owner has a tractor to assist if needs be.

The owners and their family are very nice and made us welcome. We enjoyed our stay here and are happy to recommend it to others.

A brilliantly remote site near a hill top, with amazing views and scenery on all sides. Very friendly and helpful owners who obviously take pride in keeping their very 'natural' site in tip-top condition and cleanliness.

Delighted to have such a clean toilet and spacious shower (only needed one token) - plenty of toilet roll and even shower gel and hand cleaner!and built into aesthetically pleasing building conversions.

We were allowed to pitch up wherever we chose; there was a great feeling of freedom and relaxed atmosphere. The owner even came out to guide us in as we arrived in the dark.

Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very calm and relaxed during the whole of our (Bank Holiday - 3 nights) stay.

Highly recommended if you like 'natural' style camping with a real authentic rustic feel.

We stayed at this site for eleven nights and enjoyed every minute it is a brilliant little site if you want a peaceful site with fantastic scenery you will not find better there is one toilet and one shower which were kept very clean and seemed to be plenty we never saw anybody having to wait to use them. The farmer and his wife were very friendly and could not be more helpful as were his sons. This is a working farm and we would not hesitate to recommend this site to anybody it is close to skipton, the bronte country at Howarth and the worth valley steam railway. Silsden village is a nice small village where you can get something to eat or drink if you like, we like small sites like this and would love to go there again we loved it

We liked this site but thought that £12. 50 was an excessive price for what was on offer. OK, it has facilities which we didn't use, and they looked ok, but the grass is rough and the hardstanding rougher, not at all level. Levelling blocks definitely required if you want to get in a position to receive a Sky tv signal as we did. The site is redeemed by the lovely views along Airedale and the many wild birds such as curlews, as well as the friendliness of the owners. Also lots of cows with the most beautiful calves. Finding the farm can be bit difficult but sat nav will take you. Suggest you use it after every trip out as there are so many little lanes.

It's not far to Skipton which also has a Monday market as we discovered, and we went on a lovely drive up past Kilnsey and then over the top to Malham, many wild birds including a tawny owl(!).

What a fantastic campsite. It was on the hills in the countryside and the view was fantastic. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had our Touring Caravan with an Awning and also had a tent. There was ample space for us to set up and pitch. Electric hook ups are available but there are only 2 electric poles with 4 hook ups on each.

The toilet and shower facilities were second to none. Although there was only 1 toilet it was extremely clean and there was always plenty of toilet roll. I did use the shower on Sunday morning. The shower area was also very clean and tidy. I had to buy tokens (at the cost of 50p each which gives you 5 minutes) to use the shower but it was a small price to pay for the clean facilities. I had to buy a total of 6 tokens (3 for my daughter and 3 for myself) in order to get a decent shower.

There is no play park for kids but my daughter was kept entertained with her mountain bike riding up and down on the road and her kite in the large field.

The only real let down was the weather on Saturday. It was wet and windy especially where we were and it was a bit scary as the wind was quite strong.

The site is not far from Skipton which has a market on Saturday and there was a small village shop at Bradley which very kindly opened for us when we were short on bread.

All in all everyone was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves and I would definitely recommend this campsite. It was a lovely place to stay as it was quite with fabulous views of the countryside. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

We stopped at this site for 2 nights; the field was level and well drained as it threw it down on the second night.

There were at least 2 electric hook-ups with 4 sockets per pole.

There were a couple of water points, but the pipe hung into the grass and seemed a bit unhygienic.

The facilities leave a little to be desired as there is only one toilet and one shower, this turned out not to be a problem as we were the only people on the site to start off and then another tent came for one night and 2 small caravans for 2 nights, but we never bumped into anyone while using them. The shower is token operated (token obtained from the farm for 50p). When we first got there on Friday afternoon they looked a bit grubby, but were clean on Saturday (I think the lads on the farm use them for cleaning and they looked like they were working on a Landover at the time).

The owner was helpful when asked for a good place to eat and rhymed about 6 eateries off that she recommended.

Silsden is a 25-30 minute walk down hill, up hill on the way back. There is a good oriental restaurant and an Italian that was recommended, but sadly closed for their holidays, plus various pubs and take away’s.

In the opposite direction lies Low Bradley with the Slater’s arms, the food here was very good and not the usual run of the mill chain stuff.

You can walk from Silsden to Kidwick along the canal, where the White Lion does some nice food as well. There are plenty of small villages to visit in the area, Howarth where the Brontes lived, there is a steam line there.

There are plenty of walks in the area.

 Nice farmers field.

Flat and well kept.

Very quiet. Only 2 other caravans there even though it was a busy weekend for camping in general (couldn't get in to several other more well known sites).

This may be partly because it is not easy to find. The sign is hidden and there is another site nearby with a better signpost.

When booking over the phone the owner offered to come and meet us so we didn't get lost (or got to the other site instead!)

We got lucky though and Sat Nav got us fairly close and a friendly neighbour pointed us the rest of the way.

Small clean toilet and shower block. (50p for shower)

Just over a mile walk down to Silsden where we had a few drinks and went to the Thai Restaurant which was very friendly and lovely food.

Not much to do on the site, but if you just need a quiet place to stay then definitely recommend it.
