Just returned from staying at the Fowberry Farm site. What a lovely location.
The site is well kept and toilet and shower was always clean. Despite being on a working farm there we weren't woken by any noise. There are great views of Bamburgh castle.
The beach was a 20min walk away and Bamburgh was 40 mins. Would happily stay again

We have had a wonderful time during our first visit to Northumberland. It certainly wont be our last! The beaches are stunning, the best I have seen in the UK.
We loved the site, the facilities are lovely and clean and it is nice to be on a site with few pitches. There is one toilet with sink and one shower for the whole site but most visitors have there own facilities so there are no queues.
We have a camper van with a drive away tent.
The pitches are hard standing next to grass so perfect. All with electric hook up. The view will also take some beating, it is within sight of Bamburgh castle.
We will definitely return to this site. It is my favourite to date.

I feel I want to keep this campsite quiet so it doesn’t get over-run!
I love this small campsite- we come back as much as we can.
It’s quiet and out of the way.
Lesley is very helpful and the facilities are very good.
There’s a nice view of Bamburgh castle and it’s a 10-15 minute walk cross country to the beach.

This is a lovely site. It was peaceful when we were there. Pitch 1, with the best views of the castle.
Very clean toilet and wet room. We used our onboard shower as just coming out of Covid 19 lockdown.
Close to all beaches and shops. Weather amazing which helped.
We loaned our 25m hook up lead to a nice couple from Kelfield, who struggled to hook up with 10m. On their leaving, they left the lead under our van, along with a bottle of Rioja. Not necessary, but much appreciated. Thanks.
We would stay here again without reservations. Lovely week.

Back again at Fowberry Farm campsite and so happy to be back. Luckily it hasn't changed apart for the addition of a large wet room. Perfect. We may be biased but this is the most beautiful site. You can sit all day and watch the scenery change with the weather. Watch the swallows swoop and many other birds.
Walk to the beach. I have read the best in Northumberland, best in uk. This beach is a real challenger for best in the world. Turn left and walk around the headland. As you turn the corner you are met by the magnificent castle. This is a real castle. Truly one of the wonders of the world.
The farm, the owners, the walks the views, the gentle uncomplicated calmness is a tonic. We love it !
