This site is fab. We have been two weekends before and so we wanted our holiday at this site. So in July we went for 11 days weather was good and the fishing was perfect. I caught my biggest fish of 12lb a common carp, followed by a 4lb red Koi carp and numerous other fish. The location is great for Brigg the Humber Bridge and Cleethorpes. The grounds are lovely. The owner's are very friendly mostly have time to chat. Only 5 caravans or Motorhomes so is just nice. We are going back in August we just can't get enough ha ha. There is no shower block but there is a toilet block.

Looking for a site where you can just relax, fish (no charge) if you want. This a a really relaxed site, the owners are very friendly and stop for a natter just to talk about whatever. I spent 5 nights here and had great fishing with a mixture of fish. I'm not recommending this site as if I do you will all want to go there and it would mean I can't because its full.

Stayed here for one night. It is a lovely site which is very well looked after. There are cows and calves on one side and chickens and turkeys on the other side. There are nice views over fields. The toilets are kept very clean, would be nice to have a shower block. There is a small pond but unfortunately the cormorants had been and stripped it of the big fish so only little ones left. I have only spoken to Trudy but she sounds lovely, I met Simon who is also lovely, the owners work very hard on keeping a very nice site.

Woodside, a peaceful and clean CL. Owners very friendly, always very helpful. We have been about 4 times already this year and now feel like regulars! The fishing lake is well stocked and the grounds always tidy. Toilets are always clean. Short drive to Brigg, lovely little town with everything you need.

Fabulous little hideaway! Stayed for two nights over the weekend to relax and recharge our batteries! And that's what we did. Lovely and peaceful site. Owners so very friendly. Nice tidy site, very clean toilets. The chickens were very amusing - thought they were going to get fed every time you went anywhere near them. Local shop/post office only 5 minutes walk away. Nice steak house too but quite expensive but very good food. Will definitely go to this site again!

Our guilty pleasure which reluctantly must be shared with you guys. Woodside CC Club CL at Bonby, N. Lincs. Quiet and peaceful village, five minutes walk to Steakhouse pub and village store which sells all the essentials and has tables outside for refreshments. The 5-van CL is well run by the owners who keep the field cut and in pristine condition. There are electrics and a toilet cabin with hot water hand wash sinks with soap and paper towels. The cabin has a ladies and gents section, both include a local tourist information board. There is also a chemical disposal area and fresh water tap and grey water drain.
In a fenced area there are young calves and chickens. Eggs can be bought on site as can bottled gas supplies. Well behaved pets are allowed on site as well as well behaved children, remembering that there is unfenced water close by. A very pretty fishing pond which has five pegs to fish from is free of charge to campers. Carp up to 18lb have been caught (not by me) this year and also good sized tench, bream and rudd.
It is a very friendly site with no unreasonable rules and regulations as to pitching your unit. Places to visit from the site are many and varied including local market town of Brigg, steel town of Scunthorpe, over the magnificent Humber bridge to Hull. You can park for free at Barton and catch the bus to Hull or park at Barton and catch the train to the seaside resort of Cleethorpes.
The CL is open all year and the charge is £12 including electrics and fishing. Fantastic value for money.

This is a beautiful little site.
Easy access.
Well maintained grassed area.
Spotlessly clean toilets - no shower.
Very very quiet site with nice views.
Nice little fishing pond that is free to fish.
Paper Shop - Post Office in Bonby village (200yards away).
Tesco+lidl+Shopping Centre in Brigg approx 5 miles away.
Big carboot sale & market (every Wednesday and Sunday)in Hull about 6 opr 8 miles away over Humber Bridge (toll £1-50p).
We had a lovely day out in Cleethorpes just up the motorway.
There are some lovely walks along the Humber accessible from Barton upon Humber.
We will definitely be returning to this site.

Arrived at the site friday 30th July for the weekend,to be greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and helpful, and provided us with local information.
The site is very well laid out the toilets were very clean and cleaned by the owners daily. The animals on site are very well cared for and good for children to see.
The fishing on site was very good, my husband had a few surprise large fish The site is situated between Barton and Brigg both very friendly towns with lots of things to see and do.
We will be visiting again very soon, thank you for a lovely stay.

Arrived on the Friday night to a warm welcome, the site is set back from the road with a fishing pond at the top. Very clean toilets for men and women and all the usual waste points. Bonby is a small village with a local village shop and public house.
The site is a fairly level well maintained grass field. Fishing is included in the price of £12 a night. Our 13yr old daughter absolutely loved catching fish after fish. The pond is visible from your pitch so was a pleasure to sit and watch the kids enjoying themselves The owners along with their daughters couldn't have made our stay more enjoyable, and where always on hand if you needed them.
It is only about 6 miles into Brigg, where you will find some nice small shops and a Tesco, along with a monthly Farmers Market.
Overall a lovely peaceful site, with friendly owners. Booked to go back Alfred.
