Just wanted to add to and confirm the fine comments in earlier reviews confirming what a great value site this is.
Good location for touring the area. Flat well maintained grass field with easy barriered access, Electrics (pay for what you use only) laid on with water and waste close by.
Shower and toilet block (they are free) is acceptable, but getting tired and needs a little TLC if they are to maintain the sites otherwise high standards.
Warden on site at least twice a day for a walk round, but available via his mobile 24/7.
A pleasant and enjoyable stay on a site to which we shall return.

Spent another long weekend on the site, To add to my other review and the main reason for the revisit was its location. Close to Stratford and not far from Evesham, Pershore, Welland and Malvern with a call in at Worcester on the way back around. Wish we had more days to see Broadway and venture into the Cotswolds. Coughton Court right on the front gate and Ragley Hall a matter of 2 miles. I really cant big this site up enough as all this for a tenner a night just shows the C&CC have put a lot of thought into gaining this site on there books. The electric meter thing is also a great Idea we have now put in a total of £6 for 8 nights worth of stays. And we use electric for heating water/cooking and 2 nights of heating

We liked this site, no real gripes. The approach through the ford is perfectly ok (unless it has been raining heavily), so would suggest this is best, as we got a bit lost in Alcester industrial estate (luckily we could turn round). The price of £10 per night is fine, and the electricity card (price £1 for 1), lasted forever. The field is level and the portakabin facilities are ok, but we didn't try the shower.
Alcester is nice, very olde worldy, quite a small town. It's a good base for the local area, including Stratford. Did not see any supermarkets, only a Tesco Express.
The grounds of Coughton Court are just the other side of the ford (left from the site), and were very beautiful, lots of bluebells. The house itself was closed when we were there, has associations with the Gunpowder Plot and I should think is very interesting.

This is an okay site, and at £10 per night one of the cheapest we've stayed at. Electricity is paid for separately, we paid £3 for four nights, not bad as had heaters on in the evening.
The toilet block is in a basic portacabin with steps to the entrance, and have no heating. Fine when warm and sunny, but it was very cold when we were there and taking a shower was an ordeal not a pleasure! We both had to wait to use the shower, and although the water was hot the pressure was low. The toilets in the ladies were spotless, although ran out of toilet paper every day - I just took my own in the end. Perhaps this was because it was a bank holiday weekend.
The site was a flat field, with the pitches around the edge of the field. We struggled to get our tent pegs in, about four inches below the surface there is quite a rocky layer. There was a lovely large area for ball games etc in the middle of the field, this was great for the families there and didn't bother us at all.
There are some lovely walks in the area and it's well worth going to visit Coughton Court just down the road. The River Arrow was very low, but crystal clear and really showed England at her bucolic best!
There were a lot of dogs staying with campers on the field. Although the majority were well behaved there were a couple of incidents. One family went out and left their dog behind - we had to go out to because the pooch decided to howl every couple of minutes or so!
To get in touch with the owners you have to phone them on their mobiles. Dodgy if you haven't got one! Although nowadays I accept this is very rare.
There's a large Waitrose on the outskirts of Alcester and a Tesco Express. Alcester itself is a pretty town, good for wandering about. Studley has a large Co-Op and Aldi just up the road and various other shops. Lots of pubs in the area including a Harvesters for larger family gatherings.
I don't think we'd return again in a tent, but only because of the shower and toilet facilities.
But, for £10 a night, you get what you pay for!

As described by others, Nice clean level field. Do not be put off by the description of the facilities yes they are a portable cabin but they are clean and tidy all the time.
The reason the site owners keeps the bookings down is because of this. I would much prefer myself a nice quiet site than lots and lots of toilets to choose from. We have not had to wait once because of this.
The area is excellent. Not far from town but feels as if you are in the middle of no where. Lots of nice walks and the river Arrow and ford for crystal clear shallow water for cooling off and having a paddle.
All good for me and if I were to try and find negatives it would really have to be knit-picking.
We are off back very soon.

Came here over August Bank Holiday to meet up with friends. Only 10 miles from where we live so no traffic issues!
Couldn't find any info at all so I thought it would be useful to others to post a review.
Tidy, level field next to farm, plenty of room to spread out. £10.00 a night plus £1.00 for EHU meter card, (we used about £2.50 worth over the weekend).
Two toilets and 1 shower for the ladies and 1 of each for the men. Basic but clean. No washing up facilities.
Children had great fun exploring the public footpaths across the fields to Alcester and along the Arrow river. Great walks for the dogs too.
No issues playing rounders and ball games on the camping field for us.
TV signal terrible with normal aerial, phone signals fine.
Tesco express and Waitrose in Alcester. Lidl and Co-op in Studley.
15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and about 40 minutes to the centre of Birmingham (30 to the NEC).

A C&CC certificated site, ideally placed for visiting Stratford upon Avon. The site is on a farm alongside a very quiet road and is well kept. There are showers and toilets which, although in a Potacabin, were spotlessly clean all weekend, even though we had some heavy rain. The site was well draining with no signs of waterlogging. There is no play area but it is a large field so plenty of room for the children to play without upsetting other campers.
If approaching from Coughton, there is a ford which can be avoided by approaching from the bottom of the lane. The directions for this are on the website.
We paid £10 per night for 3 adults and a child and electric is via a card at £1 - we only used one as we didn't need heating.
A very peaceful and enjoyable weekend and we will definitely use this site again.
