First class site with very warm welcome, hard standings and clean, well-equipped bathroom with hot shower and washing up room (check the times the immersion is on!).
Lovely long hilltop views, with kites and jays. Good walk from site in lovely autumnal woodlands with Forestry Commission cafe that we didn't try.

Lovely quiet site with great views. Just down the road from Aston Hill and Wendover woods for bike riding and walking. Even saw some muntjac deer in the woods.
Owner very friendly and nothing was too much bother. Great site.

This is our second stay here and both times have been great. It's a small hilltop site, quiet and yet close to towns and restaurants.
The most pleasant feature here is the owner Jill who has always provided for all our needs.
All this and reasonable pricing, too! You must stay here.

This is the first time we've stayed at a certificated site and were very pleased with this one. We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend as we were visiting Whipsnade and wanted to avoid the larger commercial sites.
The site is a separate camping field, not just a corner sectioned off a field for camping. It was nicely kept and had a lovely open outlook across the fields. There was hook-up and a portacabin with a good-sized bathroom; shower and sink, and a separate washing up area.
The lady who owns it was extremely friendly and welcoming. We booked it based on the 5* reviews on the CCC website and were not disappointed at all. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone else.
