This is a pleasant little site. It is about a 10min walk to the beach or 15 mins to the town. £19 inc ehu.
Carol, the lady that runs the site was very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are basic but clean. Showers very hot, lovely

Great campsite for all kinds of people. Quiet and calm with family or going with friends.
I had a great time here. The facilities are everything you need for a good camping holiday.
The owners are lovely and inviting, so helpful with anything you need even if its just to find the perfect restaurant.
Really enjoyed the area and having the opportunity to watch the rugby if you wanted was a bonus!

I was a little unsure about this campsite when I booked a pitch as there were no reviews on it as far as I could see. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
It is situated close to the centre of Weston-Super-Mare, and even closer to the train station, next door to the rugby club in what looks a small industrial area of the town - so if you value convenience over aesthetics, this would be more suitable.
The campsite is very basic and does exactly what it says on the tin. It is probably better set up for caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents - as there are hook-ups for most pitches.
The toilets and wash facilities are basic but clean - a larger toilet block (only one toilet and two urinals for the men) and washing up facilities would definitely make it more attractive to those with tents but probably much less of an issue for those with caravans.
The site was not the quietest but understandable because of its location. The sounds of cars on the nearby main road into town could be heard fairly constantly as could trains passing through the station.
However, the campsite warden was excellent - she was very friendly and helpful, and maintained the facilities on a daily basis. She also recommended a cafe a just outside the site which served fabulous breakfasts.
Weston-Super-Mare is a lovely town and the surrounding area is stunning so well worth exploring if you ever happen to be in the area.
