Very clean and well kept. Plenty of space for a walk round.
Excepting the odd motorbike in distance wonderfully quite any dogs on site where kept close and importantly quite.
Toilets and showers were extremely clean never seen any as nice as this sites.
Nice pond and place to sit undercover and just enjoy the water and wildlife.
I cannot fault this site at all from start to finish excellent. And no I have not been bribed🙂.

We loved everything and can confirm that every aspect was to an exceptionally high standard,
Dave and Deborah are a delight, paying thorough attention to detail and form to ensure our stay was perfect.
Worth every penny and we highly recommend this experience and we have marked it as one of our top venues,
We will back

We have just returned from our first visit to Glentham Grange and what a lovely site it is, we were greeted by Debs who gave us all the information we needed including the site COVID precautions.
This site is peaceful tranquil, exceptionally well kept and if you like ducks hens and wild life this is the place for you. Each direction you look there is a wooden structure that has been made by Debs husband Dave ie bird houses, seating areas and bridges.
The site shop resembles Aladdins cave with a good verity of stock including novelty souvenirs. Dave has also made a small bar lounge area with comfortable cosy seating, it’s a welcome place for a cheeky pint.
The toilets and shower rooms I have seen nothing like after thirty eight years of caravanning they wouldn’t look out of place in a five star hotel.
The pitches are a good size hard standing with electric and water to each plot and you can choose from a view over the duck pond or a view over the lake to the Wolds in the distance.
This unique couple have put so much work into this caravan site.
We have already booked for next year.
Well worth a visit, Dave and Debs thank you so much.

Excellent pitch and site facilities that were spotlessly clean throughout.
It was very peaceful despite some ongoing development work.
The proprietors were friendly and helpful.

This site is so peaceful with 10 hard standing pitches and water and electric at each. A further 10 grass pitches are currently being converted to hard standing adjacent to the new lake which is quickly attracting an abundance of wildlife.
The whole site is COVID compliant with hand sanitizer stations at various locations. There is a well stocked on site shop and a new bar, The Duck Inn, which is a great meeting place.
The information provided by email before arrival by the owners was precise and made us well prepared for our holiday.

Nice clean site, friendly owners. Security code for the gate.
Clean toilets, a hand sanitizer would be a good idea outside the toilets.
Can't comment about the showers as they weren't open when we visited (wasn't informed about this when booking by phone and no refund given).
Electric hook up and water tap on pitch or adjacent pitch. Grey water waste at the top of the site near the shop, a good way to walk to take waste if you haven't good mobility.
Wi fi included in the price. Some road noise.

This was our second visit to Glentham Grange, the first in 2019.
There have been some changes since then but it's still a quiet site with lovely views.
The chickens are still entertaining visitors.
There is now a lake, soon to be stocked with fish.
Due to Covid restrictions the excellent showers are not available but on the other hand
The new bar is!
So what with the weather and the peace we had a very relaxing 4 days.
We are planning to return later in the year, Boris, hospital appointments and treatment allowing.

Wow what a site with fantastic facilities, will look forward to returning, COVID permitting.
The camp site facilities are 5 star at least plus the bungalows are in the same class and spotless. And yes we did witness an appearance of the owls.
The owners couldn’t have been more helpful
Will look To a return visit
