Quiet, peaceful site, when we were there, with excellent brand new facilities. Check in was done remotely with pitch number emailed to us in advance.
The site is on the outskirts of Keswick with access to plenty of walks from the site which is on a quiet lane just off the A66 and easy to access with the caravan.
Only downside for us was that Low Rigg field gets cars going past to access other fields and people from the tent fields walking backwards and forwards to the amenities block.
Would definitely stay again but in High Rigg field.

A very well run site in a beautiful location. Easy to reach from the A66.
There are plenty of toilets and showers for the size of the site and they
Were kept very clean. The walk to Keswick along the railway path is not to be missed.
As mentioned by others, the pitch we were on was very tight, took some time to get the caravan in and out.

Still in the process of upgrading their facilities so not everything fully open as yet but new toilet block is stunning.
The site is worth it for the scenery alone and it’s easy walking into Keswick down the newly revamped Keswick to Threlkeld old railway line

Great access from A66 and fantastic views all round. Good location for exploring Keswick and surrounding area.
Good little site, but pitches a bit tight, particularly tough trying to get the tourer off the end pitch from up against the wall and round the corner, wouldn't have been possible without the motor mover.
Only used toilets due to covid restrictions and they were clean.
Would go again due to fantastic location.

Organised and nicely kept serviced site that isn’t covered in signs telling you what not to do :)
We walked into Keswick along lovely road & paths, saw standing stones and ate in great pub and then got taxi back for under £10.
The views are gorgeous. You can hear the road A66 which is the only shame but the wind beat the cars in the end! Linda is great at keeping in touch and this site has good access for Motorhomes.

Burns Farm is a well laid out site with large pitches.
It has excellent WiFi.
Contactless check-in worked a treat and good Covid-19 precautions in place.

Really good location. Our first camping trip which started off as a nightmare - we're not technically minded!
After contacting Rachel she came out straight away and offered to contact other campers to help us sort our problem.
Really can't complain as it was very affordable and perfect for our first venture.

First time caravan owners. We struggled with the awning but two lovely couples came to help us. We then enjoyed a wonderful stay of 7 nights.
The site is clean and wonderfully quiet & every thing we wanted from a site.
We will definitely visit again as this is our preferred spot in Cumbria
