Great welcome by staff upon arrival
The road leading to the field was very narrow, so had to be careful of vehicles approaching the other way as there was no 'pass by's'.
Pitch with electrical hook up was great, however the ground seemed to be a little stoney (so take extra tent pegs)
2 basic washing facilities (2 sinks) always had hot water
New built family washroom with WC, shower and baby changing table (great)
Great surroundings for long walks with the dog to manobier beach.
All in all had a great time and would definitely book again.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the August bank holiday weekend.
Site was clean and bins were emptied daily. Showers were in short supply, as only 2 for the tent/touring field. There were other showers by reception but were quite a distance from the field we stayed in.
Site was situated up a very narrow lane which was very problematic on arrival as we met another vehicle coming the other way. Also road on site was covered in potholes and not good for towing a caravan over.
All in all not a bad site for the price (we paid £21.50 a night). Could do with a children's play area and a better stocked shop.

We stayed here during a very wet week in August. Having only booked 2 days before arrival we were offered an electric pitch in the overflow field. This was a great spot as our 2 young children had the whole field to themselves to play in. Despite the weather, drainage was good and pitch was level. Only the entrance to the field became muddy.
We only used the toilet block in the tourer field (although were told we were welcome to use an alternative in the static field). Facilities were adequate. Never had to queue. Water always hot. Showers became very dirty due to weather (although I suspect many campers did not use the broom supplied). However they were cleaned daily.
The shop was very basic but baguettes and croissants were delicious (you have to order the night before).
Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Manorbier castle and beach in walking distance, but was easier to drive with our 2 and 4 yr olds. Other great beaches within easy drive and lots of historical sites to visit.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Making the booking was very good. We booked for 3 nights, for a tent and gazebo with electric hook up. The booking was made over the phone, less than a week before our stay, and payment was taken there and then by credit card.
Unfortunately, on arrival, we got off to a bad start at this site. We were given a free choice of pitches at reception, but later that evening the camp-site manager came to our tent and told us that we were in the wrong place, and would have to move the next day! Not great when it's drizzling the next morning and you have to move your tent, and you have to pack and unpack all your camping equipment!
Despite this bad start, we enjoyed our 3 night stay, and I would recommend the site. We loved the fresh bread and croissants which can be ordered the night before from the camp-site shop, and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We naver had to queue for the toilets or showers, and they were always perfectly clean and tidy. It's a lovely walk to the beach, where you can join the Pembrokeshire coastal path, and you can also visit the village of Manorbier and it's castle.

This campsite is in a fantastic location, with Pembroke and Tenby within easy reach. There`s a ASDA & Tesco`s in Pembroke Docks and a small Sainsburys in Tenby centre.
Also Manorbier village and beach are within walking distance of the campsite.
The campsite is generally excellent and my 5 year old boy loved it.
There were plenty of other kids for him to play with and he did`nt want to come home.
The Wardens were excellent and offered fresh bread & croissants every morning.
The only downside to this campsite were the facilities, 2 x showers weren't enough on the camping area and they were old and somewhat dirty. We also often found that the toilets ran out of loo paper and hand towels frequently. There are new showers at the end of the toilet block but were not in action as yet.
When they are this campsite will definitely be worth a visit.
The only other thing that needs sorting is the electric hook up, nearly every time the kettle was turned on it would trip the mains, we were told that this was going to be upgraded for next year.
Overall a very nice campsite that needs a few upgrades over winter.

In terms of location, Park Farm is probably one of the best in this part of Pembrokeshire, being on the edge of the pretty village of Manorbier, its Castle and the beach and with good access to Tenby.
The park is both a static and touring park, essentially separated into two areas, each for statics and tourers. They are run by a team of staff, who are pleasant and friendly who do make the effort to keep the park clean despite some of the issues that it does have.
The reception is in the static park, alongside laundry facilities, internet access and tourist information and book loan facilities. The reception is in the shop which offers the get-you-by basics (ie Running out of milk or sugar) which is acceptable for a camp site shop, especially when there is a well stocked shop in Manorbier. The ability to order and collect delicious croissants and pan-au-chocolate on-site the next morning is a bonus!
Access to the touring part of the site by vehicle, is up-hill via a narrow single track lane, which does feel a bit daunting at first, but you soon realise that any encounters with other vehicles are rare and parts of the grass verge have been cut to improve visibility and make passing a little easier.
Much of the touring site is quite undulating, although it is well drained and there are many parts that are flat or sheltered, sometimes both. The site being close to the coast can be exposed to the elements, depending on which way the wind blows, but because of some shelter, I would say it’s much better than other sites in the area which are more exposed. Unfortunately weather is a ‘risk’ when it comes to camping, especially at all sites near the coast.
I agree that the facilities block on the touring park, as mentioned by other users, is basic, particularly the two showers, which we never used. Instead we used the shower block in the static park which was always quiet. Even though the improvements were a bit random and questionable in finish they did feel more luxurious. I soon got used to the old sink lottery in the gents showers: sink 3 had no plug, sink 2 was badly stained and looked dirty, and sink 1 had a hot water tap that was difficult to turn off. Sink 1 was the lesser evil of choice. The row of coat hooks to the wall would nearly always fall off whenever I used it.
Back at the touring park block though, I think my biggest complaint has to be about the washing-up facilities. The fact that they are exposed to the elements is the least of their problems. The sinks appear to have been salvaged from a pub kitchen and are ‘kept going’ rather than ‘well kept’. The edges of the sink bowls are raised above the draining boards. This makes them hard to clean and keep clean. As a result a smelly yukky ‘soup’ of leftover food soon collects at each drainer. Whilst some blame can be given to lazy campers, they are tired and need replacing.
During our stay at the site, we also had a group of weekend campers aspiring to a kind of sad pretend footballer ‘loadsamoney’ lifestyle who wanted to let everyone else know on the site they were there, what music they liked, what the BMW convertible sounded like when it was revved hard. They were also happy to let their kids and dogs wander to everyone else’s pitch too close to burning barbeques etc. I couldn’t help but notice one of the staff seeming to not respond to the noise during the croissant orders round which was excessive at the time. It seems that site rules are not that apparent when it comes to groups and noise. After they left, there was a lot of evidence they had dogs (although it could have been them also!?!) and there was a lot of sump oil from the parked vehicles. Much of their tent equipment had been dumped also by the bins.
The staff did seem to be more concerned with keeping campers off the centre of the field to provide a play-space for children. This didn't however stop children (and parents) from playing cricket and football closer to other people's cars and tents than their own.
So to sum up then, this is a camp site that is in a good location. It is well drained, and has grass that is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The let down really is the facilities. The quirkiness of the fit and finish of the improvements could do with addressing, including the sink lottery. Also the site rules could do with being enforced more with regard to groups, noise and respecting the privacy of neighbours when playing games. Whilst the additional facilities (which are this time being professionally installed) are welcomed, I think there is a big opportunity to be taken to extending this approach to refresh the existing facilities. This would go some way in the medium to long term to make the site better known for its quality as well as its location and perhaps, optimistically a four star ‘getting it right’ rating.

Visited this site with a group of friends in Caravans and tents, over the August bank holiday.
On arriving at reception was initially impressed, but that was the static park, we had to go back up the hill to the touring part up a very narrow lane and turn into the tourer park road which was very poorly maintained with many potholes. Site is very undulating which makes getting the caravan level interesting to say the very least.
Hook up was restricted to 6amp draw so was unable to use the kettle, hair dryer, straighteners, or the caravan heater due to it tripping, I know we could have used gas but whats the point of paying for hook up when you cant use it. Heater could eventually be used on half power if you turned everything else off including the pump, charger and water heater. We also experienced 2 power cuts during the weekend.
Shower and toilet blocks left a lot to be desired. There were more showers in the static part but once the weekend was over these were locked and removed from being available.
Wi-Fi is also only available in the statics, so that should be made clearer on the list of facilities available.
As you can tell was not impressed at all, you will also be charged 50p if you pay by credit card, I know this seems trivial but if your paying £120 to stay for a few days then it seems like bad customer care.

We booked this without doing thorough research and we paid for it.
The site is split in two - statics / reception / shop and from the repeated feedback that the owners give about the number of showers / toilets per pitch; I can only guess that the primary facilities are in the lower area.
The upper area, and there is a very steep grassy hill between the two if going by foot, is the touring field.
I'm sure that this review will get the standard response about the facilities being adequate for the whole site, but the spread of the site and the steep gradient between the two areas knock that argument out of the water.
Two showers in the top area are not enough. The showers were not clean. The side tiles and the shower tray need a thorough scrub.
The toilets (I never had to queue for these) ran out of toilet roll countless times. Paper towels ran out - bin overflowed etc.
I know that we came at the busiest part of the season, but this should be factored in and the cleaning rota altered accordingly.
Two sinks for dishes- again not enough.
There was some sort of drain blockage mid way through the stay- this resulted in smelly sludge being blasted out of the blocked drain and onto the grass around it at first and then back down the drain. There didn’t seem to be any coned off area or thorough clean of the grass, just a blast off with the hose!
There are a few flat pitches, but most are on some sort of a gradient.
The electric tripped several times and not just at night by camping heaters.
This site could be so good! It’s in an excellent location; the owners are really friendly and have a fresh croissant / baguette service in the mornings. It’s reasonably priced and the pitches are a decent size.
I know that improvements are in the offing - but they are still not ready. My advice - wait until they are and ask for a flat pitch - perfect

Generally a very good site. Lovely setting but getting quite popular at high season, as is the whole of Pembrokeshire. The small quiet site mentioned in the above reviews didn't seem to be true. Pitches where clean and grass short.
A little cramped by most standards. Good points is that the site is clean and reasonably quiet, great walk to the beach and lovely village.
Two showers were not enough (but I suspect others with out of order at this time, due to electricians vans in attendance) and 3 male toilets not enough for such a large site. We sometimes had to queue.
Toilets got dirty quite quickly due to numbers, despite frequent cleaning. Shop was poorly stocked, but village shop superb. Walk to village unsuitable for small children as single carriageway and no footway.
On the whole a good site, I would definitely return.
Owner's comments: There are toilets and showers for the number of pitches specified in our site Licence. There are ample notices for everyone to see explaining that there are facilities both on the touring park itself and adjacent to reception and shop. This is also explained to to campers when they book in. The total number of showers available to both sexes are 5 (one shower per 25 pitches). There are also six gentleman's toilets and 8 urinals and there ten ladies toilets.
Furthermore there are soon to be opened on the touring park a centrally heated disabled toilet and shower, a centrally heated family room with toilet, shower and baby changing table and two centrally heated toilet and shower cubicles. These four units will be unisex.
We have just been granted a 3 star rating from Visit Wales.
Finally, our shop has not been designed as a super-market and is there to provide a few basic essentils in case of emergencies

This site is in a beautiful setting and we had lovely views from our tent. It is peaceful and free from road noise. Manorbier castle and beach are within walking distance and Castlemead Hotel is well worth a visit if you want to enjoy some fantastic food at a reasonable price. The campsite staff are friendly and they offer fresh baked baguettes and croissants each morning.
The grass is well kept and there are no set pitches which is nice. We camped in the tents only field but this is small and rather undulating. A lot of campers were pitched in with the caravans.
There are only two showers in the touring fields and I saw queues outside them. There was plenty of hot water although the whole wash block looked like it could do with a good scrub. There are no recycling facilities.
