 Lovely site! pity about the weather, poured down most of the time and the site was very wet! not much level ground for a large tent but good facilities, clean loo's and shower block (50p a shower) no noise while we were there but site was quiet! maybe something to do with the rainy weather. Great pub next door, guest beers and its own waterfall!

We stayed at this lovely site over Easter in 2008! Great facilities, clean and reasonable for a shower (50p) and ideally situated for walking, immediate access onto the moors. The tea room attached to the campsite and the pub next door were an added bonus when the weather took a turn for the worse! The site was relatively busy as it was Easter but it was still a peaceful retreat! Sadly no dogs allowed.
