Just back from a fabulous bank holiday weekend in Anglesey. Made even better by the great welcome and facilities at TaiHirion. Every one who arrived was greeted by Alun and shown to their plot. The site was immaculate with loads of room for each unit and for the kids to play. The toilet
Well done to Alun and his family for the pizza night, I know it all didn't go to plan but we didn't mind the wait cos the pizzas made with the farms own cheeses were amazing. Hope they do it again.
The site is out of the way so quiet and peaceful but close enough to shops, beaches and places to see. The kids loved Beaumaris castle we went twice and a beach each day.
I will definitely be returning I'm just annoyed I found this gem toward the end of the summer.

Booked this site last minute. Alun was very helpful and quick at responding to this request.
Arrived at the site on a very windy day, few tents had storm damage, but Alun was very quick at helping, even moved his tractor and trailer to the side of one tent to stop the winds damaging the tent further whilst the tent poles were put back into place and kept them secure during the night, he really did go out of his way. Alun was very helpful, provided us with a map of the Island and indicated areas of interest, so we could get the best out of the short break away.
Site was immaculate. Toilet blocks were constantly being cleaned and replenished.
Small and friendly site, safe for children.
If we had any issues, Alun provided us with his mobile and we were told to contact him 24/7 for anything.
Would highly recommend this site as the location was brilliant, few minutes drive to the main roads. Will definitely be returning to this site again when we come back to Angelsey.

Our fist visit to Anglesey in our campervan 'Daisy'. The campsite was very peaceful and the views of Snowdonia were gorgeous. The best toilets and shower block you could ask for. The owners of the site could not have been more friendly. We were told if we went to the dairy Sunday morning, with a jug we could have some fresh milk, 'delicious'. We would thoroughly recommend Tai Hirion for a peaceful, relaxing break. Unfortunately we only stayed one night although we felt we had been there a while and will definitely make a return journey. A very memorable place. Oh!and don`t forget to buy some of their award winning cheeses.

Arrived on a very windy day but we managed to get our tent up!
We booked at the very last minute and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
They gave us advice on places to see etc. And provided us with a map.
They also let us see the cows being milked with our son, which he definitely enjoyed, especially when he got to see the young cows up close!
The campsite is lovely and quiet and very clean, and safe for children.
The toilet/shower blocks were also extremely clean.
Fantastic campsite and would definitely book again.

Fantastic site with first class toilet/shower block, Alun and his family are very helpful and friendly.
10 mins to the village in the car 24hr Spar on the garage.
We will be visiting again. Next time I promise not to break the toilet handle.
Nearly forgot to say they also make their own cheese on the farm and they welcome you to watch the cows getting milked. You have to try the cheese which they sell in the office.

Just returned from a week at this superb site - love it - where do we start - dog friendly, peaceful, brilliant walks, chill out - enough of our break - now to Allun and his family, great and. Very friendly the site is immaculate and the facilities are Suberb. The shower block facility is stunning and there is plenty of hot water. There are facilities of washing machine and tumbler, iron etc and if camping a great washing up facility. Allun and his parents are like a family and so friendly. Just down the road to the local beach and pub which does great meals and local spar shop great. Great location for touring and very safe site. I want to give this site 10 out of 10 but it exceeds this. Going back to this site on a regular basis. Love it love it. Thankyou. Audrey and Bill Osborne Amber and Toby x

'Pitch Perfect'
Excellent site. Rural location. Good views when there isn't any sea-mist/heat-haze around. We had a great 3days on this very well managed site. Pitches of hard standing well serviced with own electric, fresh & waste water plus TV and good free WIFI. We didn't need the TV connection - in fact we got more channels than ever before. Good location for exploring the island - especially following the suggestions from the family who own and run this fab site. Alun and his dad very friendly and welcoming - Mums cheese delicious. Shower block very clean with plenty of hot water on push taps. Only one dish-wash point may be a problem in high season or weekend but as ours was a mid week stay we have no complaints. We will be back.

A fantastic site.
It is down a very narrow lane with a few passing points, but this didn't cause us any problems.
The site is spacious, level and very well maintained. The toilet/shower block was very clean, with 4 toilets and 4 push button showers. There is a washing-up room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. However, there is only one sink, so we queued a couple of times, but this wasn't a problem.
The caravans and tents are pitched around the edge of the field and there is plenty of room in the middle for the children to play. There are even a couple of small football nets, which the children enjoyed.
The owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming. As this is a working dairy farm, the children were encouraged to go and see the cows at milking time, but we missed this. We'll definitely try and go next time we visit the site.
It's within easy driving reach of the beaches, which is where we spent our days.
Really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back again.

What an absolutely stunning site. Access is by single track lanes but we negotiated these as our first towing experience no trouble. It is not far down them and is well signed from the A road.
The site is well situated for exploring Anglesey and is not far back to the mainland either. There are fab beaches 15 mins drive away and it is such a beautiful location on a working farm. It was a very peaceful site.
The owner was so welcoming and helpful even helping us reverse onto our pitch. Pitches are generous and we had a serviced pitch with water and electricity.
The fields are well maintained too.
The facilities are new and top notch with everything you need.
Local shops are a short drive away but plenty around in all directions.
For a peaceful family holiday this was perfection. The children could play in the large field and see the animals etc.
Will be booking for next year no doubt about it!

Great site! Very chilled owner, booking was easy and good return emails. The site is a little off the beaten path but good signs took us there without any issue. Immaculate site, perfect pitches plenty of room and very even. Power supplies and water on each pitch. Grass was well cut but the best aspect is the toilet block. A+ ! If only all sites could be like this. Immaculately clean, warm showers within 10seconds and even posh hotel quality hand soap!
All in, a perfect nights stay.
Only thing that may improve the site would be a communal kitchen, regardless the site is still 10/10.
Thanks Alun.
