Just arrived home from this site today. It was a lovely site, very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful views. Great for kids, has a family room with games in, somewhere for the rainy days. So close to IngletonEnter, you can walk there. All caravan pitches had fresh water and waste water points, also electric hook ups. Will definitely go again.

Camped at this real gem of a 5 van site end of May 2017. The really friendly owner helped guide us to the site when Our satnav decided to navigate us into the village! Apart from that glitch once we arrived at the newly renovated site found it offers good facilities and the owner was pleased to show off his recently opened shower block (3 showers). The owner was friendly, helpful and full of enthusiasm. Our 8m MH slotted into the fully serviced hard standing pitch perfectly, which also provided great views. Ingleton village and Falls are within an easy 10mins walk, a little longer on the up hill return. No hesitation in recommending Meadow Falls and would like to return at some time.

A small well maintained site. Dave & Liz the owners are in their second year and are working very hard to to create a lovely site. They are a very friendly, helpful & obliging couple who deserve to succeed. There are 5 hard standings each with electric hook-up, fresh water point & waste water disposal. Also 5 pods, 4 of which have electric kettle, fridge and heater are facilities block contains ladies & gents toilets, showers & wash basins. There is plenty of hot water. At the end of the block is a dish washing area and chemical toilet disposal point. Provided is a large barn which is used as a family room containing dining table, chairs, microwave, freezers all for campers use. There is a small children's play area located in the main camping field. Dogs are to be kept on lead at all times but a fenced in dog walking area approx 200m long and gated at both ends is provided. The site is within an approx 10 min walk of Ingleton, which has several attractions for visitors, Ingleton waterfalls, pottery, climbing wall, open air swimming pool. Several pubs and cafes all accept dogs! Various takeaways will also deliver to site. We look forward to returning to this site in the future.

First visit to this site, and we will definitely be back.

It was fairly quiet when we arrived, but it filled up over the weekend, but everyone still had enough space.

The owner said that he could hold more than 40 units, but he wanted everyone to be able to spread out, you can tell he is a fellow camper and understood what is needed.

The site only opened March 2016, and everything is clean.

It has a nice relaxed feeling. There are lots of young trees that have been planted, and I think they will only enhance the site as they grow and create screening and shelter.

The owners were really helpful, giving us advise about walks and where to eat. We could not really do any walking as our dog, daisy is recovering from a hip replacement, but we will be back when she is recovered. We just sat and enjoyed the views as they were wonderful.

First time here. Apparently the present owners are in the process of transforming the campsite. We found it to be very clean and tidy; had good facilities and the washing up area was covered!

Ablution block was heated and clean. Owners friendly and knowledgable about local facilities etc. Decent prices, good location and within walking distance of Ingleton (10mins walk).

Imagine it might get busy in the hols, but certainly a good bet also for the quieter times of the year. Recommended.

What a lovely find! Small, personal with very helpful staff. Toilets and shower facilities kept clean and well lit at night. Short walk into Ingleton village and the Falls Walk which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Stunning is the only word to describe! A pub within 2 mins walk serving fine ales and food. We will definitely be back.

We booked this site because we'd stayed here a few years ago in a camper we had at the time, and it seemed 'OK'.

Now with two children and a tent, we wanted a weekend away as our younger daughter's (nearly 2 y. O. ) first camping weekend.

We loved it. There is only 1 shower in each of the ladies and gents, but it was really very clean, free, had loads of hot water (with good pressure) and if you were only a little bit careful about your timings it wasn't a problem. The toilets were always very clean. The wash up area had lots of hot water, bowls (we'd forgotten to take our own!) and even had paper towels in a dispenser.

The owners were really nice and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The electric hook-up was stable and didn't cause any problem, even though the weather was pretty good and so we didn't overload it. The views from this site are fantastic, if you like to be out in the open, you'll love it. Our pitch was level and grassy, and they were pretty easy about how we placed our pretty large tent.

Our 5 year old loved the rudimentary play area, and it felt really safe and secure. It wasn't out of this world, but she loved it.

There's loads to do around the site and if you're in the area, I think you'd find it difficult to do better. Sites are often made by the people on them, and for the weekend that we were there, everyone was friendly and there wasn't any excessive noise or anything other than a great atmosphere.

We'll definitely go back again, and hope that it's as good as this weekend.

We arrived at the site with only 10 minutes notice, as it was the first time I had ever towed a caravan.

I was dreading the reversing on to the pitch, Dave and his wife were so helpful giving tips on how to reverse and hook up everything.

The views were outstanding, we paid a visit to the falls its worth stopping there just for that.

The local pub is only a five minute walk away and the locals are very friendly, there are a number of places to eat in the area, and the local village is very picturesque.

I will definitely return, and would recommend this site to anyone that's passing that way.

Thank you both again for the help and tips you gave me, by the way got the mirrors lol

Fantastic site. We will be returning, we came during half term, with a good mix of tents and 5 caravan pitches, the greeting we recieved was loverly and the owners were always on hand to help out. Ingelton falls is well worth a visit and you can walk down its only 5 minutes away. We also picked up a leaflet with some local walks on, which we also did. Two minutes walk away is a pub, we didn't eat there but we did have a well deserved pint after a 6 mile walk.

The toilet block is lacking showers, however the oweners are on with this, and you just have to be clever with when you shower.

But the atmosphere is very chilled, lots of kids running about and a small park with entertained our 10 year old

Happy holidays

This is a site newly opened this spring - so until this review, there weren't any. The lack of reviews nearly made me pass this site by, but I'm very pleased I didn't because it's a super little site which we have just enjoyed for the last 4 nights (one more night than intended) which as luck would have it, gave us 5 days of warm sunshine so that we escaped our North Sea coast cold, damp grey skies following the Spring Bank Holiday. Set in a triangular field, the owners have made access easy with a well planned track around it serving the space. There is plenty of room for the 40 pitches (5 of which are separate hard-standing hookups and water, another 5 are pods) and the owners prefer it not to be regimented into prescribed rows. There are several hookups in the camping field. The hardworking couple who run it are very friendly and great ambassadors and guides for the local area. The site has a relaxed feel with pleasant views across rolling countryside. It is 15 minutes walk into Ingleton, 5 minutes to a local pub and 10 minutes to a country food store on the main road. Though boundried by local minor roads it is quiet, especially at night. Currently there is one shower per sex (additional ones are planned this year). A new building is under construction in which more facilities will be provided. There is also a disabled toilet. Water is hot and the toilets and whole site are very well maintained. Washing machines and driers are there too. The owners live on site. Calor gas is available. At the centre, a set of earth mounds, slides and tyre tunnels kept little ones happy. Ingleton itself has a lot to offer, with a great value pottery, outside swimming pool, a popular bike park for kids and the famous waterfall walk. The walking and scenery is outstanding. We'll be back!
