I can only mirror the comments below about the site. My wife and I are regular visitors to this site(about every three weeks or so. )
Dave and Pauline, give everyone a cheerful welcome, and are always happy to help should you have any problems.
Dave keeps his grass immaculate, hence the reason that groundsheets are not allowed (including the breathable type). There are hard standing pitches to the rear of the farm buildings.
Male and female toilets are clean, you do have to provide your own loo roll though, but at £7 per night with hook up what do you expect? The shower room is clean also and the water set at a warm and comfortable temp. It is big enough for anyone with kids to shower the family in one go.
The village is very picturesque, and about 1 mile walk down to 'The Star' where they serve some good cider/scrumpy and good food.
Close by to Evesham itself, you have all the usual supermarket chains, DIY stores etc.
All in all a little haven.

We were informed about this camp site during a brief conversation with another caravanner who visits this site on a regular basis and stated that it was £7.00 per night inclusive of EHU which was rather unbelievable. I contacted the landowner the following day who was most friendly and helpful and confirmed that this was the current price for 2011 so we booked for just 2 nights as a stop off point prior to attending a DA meet at Easter just to see if the site lived up to our expectations.
On arrival we set up at the marked pitches near the gate and were met by the landowners wife about an hour later who was most polite and helpful to say the least. The site is in a rural setting, well kept with grass and hedges well trimmed plus there is evidence that much investment has gone into this site recently providing a new but small brick built toilet block, complete with single shower which were clean and the best we have encountered yet at any small site we have visited. A new CDP (chemical disposal point) and waste water point have also been constructed by the owner and due to this specific installation the site has now all the necessary amenities that can accommodate the basic needs for just about everyone especially those camping under canvas. There is also a field on the opposite side of the road whereby you can exercise your dog which caters for all dog owners too.
We couldn't find any negative faults at all and liked this site so much that we didn't want to leave. Without doubt, because of the relaxed friendly atmosphere, the location and the competitive prices we will definitely return again in the future. This site apparently does get full during holiday periods as we found out on leaving so it is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Finally, many thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Kealing (site owners) for their kind friendly welcome.
