 Stayed here for 4 nights just before and after New Year. Owners very helpful. We were given the choice of 2 pitches both hard standing.
As previous reviews state there is a shop close by.
Both Showers are 50p for approx 7 mins. The only downside for us was both shower rooms were not heated and water flow is not the best.
£13. 50 a night is a fair price.

A gem of a site and a lucky find, exactly what we were looking for to visit Lincoln. The owner was most helpful (he was away from the site for our arrival but gave instructions and kept in touch by text msg). There is access to the Rail Water Trail along the R Withal into Lincoln, approx 5 miles. There is also a bus to Lincoln right outside the entrance.
The site is well laid out with good gravel hardstandings and the facilities are fairly basic but absolutely fine for a CL.
This is certainly a site we will return to.

Easy to find, just past the 40 mph sign, good local shop and bus service just outside site into Lincoln. Basic toilet and shower block, which was very clean, had lots of local information leaflets. Large pitches with EHU, lovely views of horses in field, Quiet area with nice dog walking directly outide site. Owners were both very helpful and we look forward to our next stay.

Just come back from a wonderful quiet break. Very warm welcome, good facilities, good location. For kids there was a swing, trampoline and outdoor pool. One toilet one shower in own and one new shower and toilet in one (50p). Only slight negative was no towel or bin in toilet. Water and toilet waste, another good point was you could run your waste into hedges so no need to keep emptying.
Good for walkers and cyclists path at side of house runs to Lincoln also bus stop outside also to Lincoln. Local shop and pub 10min away. Also dog friendly pub in Reepham fox and hounds.
Enjoyed visit will stop again.

Had a nice weekend at this CL, nicely situated on the outskirts of the village.
Site is split in to 2 parts, the CL and another area with maybe another 8 pitches, we stayed on the CL and had a very nice sized pitch enclosed by conifer hedging, easy access to the site, and easy pitching.
There is a single shower and WC (Shower 50p) which we never had to queue for even though the site was busy.
You can catch the bus outside the Gate to Lincoln and the return fare is actually cheaper than driving in to town and paying for parking, we had a full day in Lincoln which was great.
Village Pub (Carpenters arms) an easy 10 minute walk away serving good food at reasonable prices.
Owners are exceptionally welcoming, and laid back - Great CL
