Third visit this year so far myself mum her friend and the two grandaughters which was the girls first time here and they really enjoyed themselves. They got to feed the pigs and chickens and also received and egg each which they insisted they wanted for their supper. A lovely mix of campers on site of all ages the girls made lots of friends especially the dogs Joseph and Bonnie, again I cannot praise this campsite enough lovely pitches great shower rooms and of course the owners who put on a great sausage and beer tasting on a Saturday. Went to Sandringham park we took a picnic and had a tractor tour which lasted a good 40 minutes lovely day out

Have just returned home after a four night stay at this little gem of a campsite. On arrival we were greeted by the owners and shown to our pitch, which was of an ample size to pitch our Montana 6p, park 2 cars, and pitch a small gazebo!
The site though small is beautifully laid out with the majority of pitches having water and electrics. The toilet block is immaculate with the hot water being free although there is a little box outside of the cubicles to make a donation which goes to charity. They have a ping pong table and a tv where the kids can go and watch if wet. Its family camping how it should be. There didn't appear to be a curfew which was lovely, as the adults were able to sit around their own fire pits quietly singing and playing guitars. It was awesome. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for the end of September but on a more shaded pitch as neither of us did well in the hot sun, but then you cant control the weather. There are pigs and chickens on site and the owner was happy to take a group of children into the chicken run and coop explaining what the chickens did and why she then gave each of the children a fresh warm egg for their breakfasts, which was lovely. Definitely the most child friendly site we have stayed on and would recommend it to anybody.

This is an excellent site. The pitches are spacious, pretty and the majority are secluded from one another by trees and hedges. They have a small store on site, with a wonderful, small selection of goods. They even have ales for sale that are brewed on site. To top it off, while we were there they had opened a keg of their wonderful ale. On our recent trip, we stayed at 20+ sites, and this was definitely one of our favorites. We liked it so much, that we stayed an extra night.
The owners are very warm, inviting, and generous. Highly recommended.

We visited this site twice last July and were very impressed.
The pitches are huge and fully serviced, a real luxury for us in tents. The site is beautifully maintained, the toilet facilities always clean and the shop well stocked and very reasonable.
Our children loved the table tennis in the services block but the biggest hit was Vernon the cat who paid us regular visits.
Friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome even inviting our guests to join the sausage and beer tasting.
We've booked to go back in a few weeks but struggled as the word seems to be out on this secret and availability is very limited

A wonderful campsite! Fantastic pitches with space and seclusion provided by clever hedging. The fire bowls are great and were movable depending on how you lay out your site. Hook ups provides all the power for luxuries. The owners are great hosts and put on a beer and sausage tasting night which was lovely. There is a paddock for dog walking which is secure. The farm shop sells everything you need plus the beer and sausages tasted previously. Wash rooms as mentioned fabulous and clean. This site would have earned full marks except that there are no easily accessible walks from the site. The nearby road is just too busy with no footpath. Not the owners fault but a small niggle if your planning walk to a pub.

We have just come back from a wonderful weekend at this site. We were greeted with such a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. On the Saturday we were invited to a beer tasting evening and some local sausages. There were not only campers but also local villagers there too. It was a lovely evening.
We were talking to another camper and they were as shocked as us that this was put on at Lesley and Neil's expense.
Facilities - Lovely pitches and not overcrowded. Toilets and showers were immaculate. They have not forgotten anyone and the hard work they put in shows in the surrounding gardens.
We will go back.

Would love to say this site was awful to put people off visiting it, but it is not. The hosts where superb, the pitches spacious and the amenities block almost luxurious. What with the shop selling lovely local produce and the superb beer from the on site microbrewery if you come for a weekend you do not have to go anywhere else to enjoy yourself.
Great base if you do want to go out for exploring Northwest Norfolk with the coast and places such as Sandringham the winter home of the Queen all less that one hours drive away. Take into account all the market towns this site is a must. Plans to expand will not alter this as if it happens it will be across the road in another area and will be just as nice.

What can I say 3rd visit and I cannot fault anything, great hosts and not forgeting Vernon the cat. They have finished their first Sky-Pod what a lovely idea and finished to a very high standard well done Neil, our friends had the privilege of staying there on Saturday they were over the moon as they only came to have a look around the site (and of course the beer and sausage tasting)
Lots of places to visit in the area we went to Ely and had a walk around the cathedral,
Shopping in Kings Lynn then down to Heacham. Visited Baytree nursery well worth a visit there is also a car boot on a Friday, then into Spalding for a bit of shopping.
Once again thank-you for a lovely week see you next month

Absolutely perfect!
My husband and I wanted a nice peaceful and relaxing weekend not too far from home and that's exactly what we got!
The site really lives up to it's name, it really is like a secret garden with trees and plants creating pitches which lead down to the meadow site which is more open for tents and camper vans.
The owners were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. We were shown to our pitch and given some information including sausage and beer tasting later that day. What a great idea and what great sausages. We met some lovely people.
The toilet/shower block was really clean with modern facilities. The shop is really well stocked and includes their own sausages (which are amazing ) and beer. The site has pigs and chickens and lots of lovely wildlife including a very friendly ginger cat who I had some midnight cuddles with.
We will definitely be going back to this site, it is a credit to the owners and we can't wait to go back.

I can only ditto all that has been said. This is an excellent site with outstanding value for money. A serviced pitch for £15 a night.
My addition to the list of commendations is the loan of an aerial to connect to the wildlife channel; and when the little shop didn't have any veggies for sale the owner went and cut some fresh asparagus for us!
Any negatives? Only that they aren't open all year!
