Only stayed for 1 nightfor £15 its good value. The site is nice & flat & tidy & the grass is hard so no problem in the wet. The receptionist was pleasant & helpful. There's a shop on site but I didn't stay long enough to use it. The toilets were clean & tidy with 2 shower cubicles with a curtain & standard hot/cold taps. (the only problem with them they were quite a long walk from most of the pitches) especially those people in tents. There was a bit of road noise but not enough to keep me awake. Over the road is a canal ideal for bike rides/walking. (rained sat night/sun morn) so didn't have chance to explore. My only complaint with the site is the chemical empting tank. UGH its stomach churning & the smell lingers in your nasal passages for quite a few minuets after UGH. They should equip you with breathing apparatus for that task. I would stay again.

First family camping trip for a few years! Great location, warm welcome, offered an electric hook up too. There are 2 fields, top field overlooks a lovely river, nearest the loos/showers which were clean with hot water. Bottom field bigger with small play area for kids. Beware - top field is nearer the road which was busy all night long!
Definitely going camping again and would recommend this site.

This was a lovely little site, nice location, good clean toilet & shower facilities and very reasonably priced at £10 per night on Bank Holiday weekend. They don't charge extra for Bank Holidays and you book the nights you want, very refreshing change as most places want a minimum 3 night booking, which we can't do due to work patterns. The breakfast cafe is an added bonus, and there is a nice pub less than a mile away. Will definitely be returning.

This site is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. There's great fishing on the river for 50p a day. Pitches have plenty room and the site is quiet well before nine, great if you have little ones to get to sleep. All in all no complaints at all. We love it and will spend many a week or weekend here. We've been all over through the six week hols and I've enjoyed Millhouse the most. The site is very well maintained great value for money.

We contacted the site regarding their availability for Bank Holiday W/E via their facebook page. They were very helpful in replying quickly and said they had spaces for the weekend with no electric which was fine.
On arrival paid only £9 per night which I thought was excellent value for money. Told where to set up and to leave 6m space from next tent. Field was flat, nice and clean, grass was tidy, river was protected by a bush and plants so no worries that the kids would fall in,
The site is right by the canal also and we had a lovely walk, supermarkets are about 3 miles from the site, the people were very nice and friendly. Lovely pub nearby with fantastic setting in a graveyard. Met some lovely people and would absolutely no doubt go back there in a heartbeat
Toilet block was kept clean, smelt fresh but I didn't use the shower (tut tut!). There were 2 swings for the kiddies. Cheap and excellent value for money!

A large flat, grass site with many ehu points so had no trouble finding a pitch mid Aug. The grass was nice and firm so no trouble with any mud.
Reception lady very friendly and had nice a pitch by the river. Thought the toilets/showers a bit basic but functional though at £13/night in peak season who can complain
There are a few static caravans on site as well as a boatyard. As previous post thought the water points could do with some updating.
Not a lot to do locally except a bit of fishing, there is a public footpath on the other side of the river and an hourly bus service to Worcester though last bus back 1820.
The traffic noise from the dual carriageway, though noticeable, didn't bother me.

It had been raining for days when the weather perked up a bit and we booked onto this site for 4 nights. The site is completely flat and the EHU pitches are well spaced.
Unfortunately, the ground was quite waterlogged when we arrived to find that we had the whole site to ourselves. About half an hour later, a motorhome arrived and got stuck - a few minutes later a tractor came to pull him out and point him in the right direction. The site owners do seem very friendly and helpful.
The toilet blocks are clean and stocked with loo roll and soap although, when we were there, the hot air hand dryer wasn't switched on. There is a free electric point in the ladies for hair dryers etc. The water in the showers was very hot.
Worcester is a lovely city and just a few minutes away by car. The park & ride is several miles away but cheaper than where we live and frequent.
The A449 is a dual carriageway and the traffic noise could be quite intrusive at times but it's quieter at night and the sound from the mill race tends to drown it out if you're parked near it as we were.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and I would go back there.

We decided on this site as there were just the 3 of us, 3 mums but wanting a ladies weekend without the children or husbands!
It was central enough for us all as we all live in different locations in the country.
The lady was lovely on check in- and we did set up on the wrong side of the line but managed to move the tent across when she told us we had pitched up wrong. Oops!
You can pitch where you want, she said there was a large group coming so showed us where to avoid.
The field is lovely and flat, and easy to walk over to the toilet/shower block. Toilets and showers were clean, and we good for us and our needs
There is a little park (one swing if I remember rightly) for the children
Never used the shop or cafe on this visit
There is like a little stream/river that goes around the site, and there are some ducks and swans who are about
Didn't take us long to get into Worcester either by taxi (we all wanted to drink)
I would come back again with the children and my husband

We visited this site because it's only an hour from home and we fancied a weekend away without forking out a fortune in diesel. I'm so glad we chose Mill House. A lovely site with large, flat pitches and we didn't feel at all crowded by our neighbours.
The owners were very friendly and helpful and even lent us an OS map of the area besides giving us information on buses, pubs etc. Unfortunately, the 'local' pub half a mile away doesn't serve food in the evenings. A real shame as it's a gorgeous old place and I'd rather have eaten there than at The Raven (a Toby) which is a further 15 minutes walk.
Great breakfasts in the cafe at very reasonable prices. The shower and loo block was basic but clean although only one shower was working in both the ladies and the gents. However there were at least loads of loos in the ladies which is a rarity for a camp site of this size. Soap is also provided at all the many wash basins.
Beautiful surroundings including a towpath next to the site where you can walk and watch the boats going through the lock. If you like boats it's a great place to be as not only are there narrowboats on the canal but the site also houses a small boat yard including second hand cruisers for sale.
Overall, a great little site, excellent value for money and we will definitely be visiting again.

This is a medium to large sized camp site catering for Caravans, campers and tents with provisions for electric supply to each type of unit.
The site is surrounded by what looks like a moat which I think joins the River Severn at some point; This is ideal as it stops any unwanted guests strolling through the site; it also attracts lots of wildlife which include a couple of local Swans which can be seen regularly walking about the site.
There are water stations and Elsan points around the site which are partially weather sheltered by high walling.
The toilet block can be found near to and in view of the main office. There is a male and female block which both incorporate toilet and washing facilities along with shower cubicles and a large basin for general washing up purposes.
The little cafe attached to the toilet block serves up a good breakfast and has a supply of general shopping items. (only open Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays)
The location of the site allows easy access of the city of Worcester; a five to ten minutes journey by car should be expected.
The A449 is the mainline road giving direct access to the site; unfortunately due to the close proximity of the A449 road noise cannot be avoided, no matter where you pitch your unit. If your idea of camping is a location that is tranquil and relaxing then this probably isn't the site for you.
Awnings and extra vehicles are subject to an additional nightly charge even in the marked out pitches which are large enough to accommodate a large caravan, Awning and a couple of vehicles.
This site is ideal for the one or two night stay or where you are travelling else where and just want a no thrills overnight stop.
Observations of note.
1.
The water and elsan point is in need of modernisation; the two would be better separated as the smell of urine whilst collecting fresh water was not a nice experience.
2.
Extra washing up sinks around the site would be very useful as at the moment it can be a long walk to the toilet block.
3.
An electronic barrier at the entrance would be useful for customer reassurance and for the aid of office staff.
