July 2005 Sounds like we got the same pitch as Helen72 - hard standing with a strip of grass towards the back. The toilets were clean although we were caught out at first by the lack of any toilet rolls in the toilets! Very handy for Disneyland, and on the whole friendly, but don't think we'd go there again.

July 2005 Just spent two weeks at this site and would agree with variety in pitch sizes. Ours was just sufficient for my big Mercury 9 tent but was next to some far bigger ones (occupied). Seems to be luck of the draw (for tenters anyway as most caravans / motor homes should be fine). As for facilities and location the site is unrivalled. Carrefour in Claye Souilly has everything u could want including McDonalds, Pizzeria, clothes shops etc etc and the cheapest petrol around.... full tank of diesel for 99 cents per litre got me home to Cardiff and then some. Only downside is Charles de Gaule flightpath, but a botttle of red seems to dull the noise.

June 2005 We had a lovely time here - the reception staff were more than helpful speaking excellent English, providing maps etc - the little shop sold many basics - dried tinned chilled and frozen and fresh bakery items. We travelled with 3 kids and backed onto the play area which was excellent and a real social whirl! Disney was very accessible a short easy drive and the park great for non Disney days - canoeing , mountain biking swimming at the beach...
Pitch sizes and shapes do seem to be variable - but ours was fine - might be worth speaking to them direct if you have a large tent as there were some bigger pitches - all had hard standing for vehicles and remainder grass. Showers were clean and plenty of cubicles - distant sounds of swan colony sent us to sleep at night. Lots of trees around site - rabbits hopping around in dark!!
Wish we'd stayed longer - 5 nights wasn't enough. Would recommend this site for disney stopovers - kids very happy and location very convenient

August 2004 This site was close to Dineyland Paris. It was a quiet site, just what you need after a hectic day at disney. Site shop had limited supplies and found expensive. We visited the carefor nearby , it puts english supermarkets to shame. Showers and toilets were reasonably clean and free. Only one washing machine for the whole site, and was always in use. The beach and lake are nice. Would stay there again.

August 2004 We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Disneyland in August 2004. I would agree that the toilet and shower facilities are good and modern, and that the campsite seems well run.
However, I would not choose to stay there again. The pitch we were given was, although large, mostly gravel with a thin strip of grass at the back. This was too small to properley erect our tent, we had to leave a portion of it "down". We found the staff unhelpful in this matter, they just shrugged their shoulders and told us it was the only pitch they had left. I believe it was a pitch only suitable for caravans and they should not have rented it to us.
I also found the pitches cramped together with little privacy
This may be just that during peak periods they can afford to be like that, they also know that most people will be moving on quite quickly.

July 2004 A great site, with very luxurious pitches. They all have electricity and ours even had a driveway to park the car on. The reception / shop is very good, the people are lovely and do speak good English but are more than prepared to speak French to you too. If you want croissants for breakfast be sure to order them - though there didn't seem to be a problem with bread & pain au chocolat. The loos were fine, but the showers got a little soggy underfoot - could have done with one of those things some French campsites have for wiping the floor.
There is no bar/ cafe / restaurant on the site & they said the one by the lake was only open occasionally, but there is a little Italian restaurant in Jablines itself where they are very friendly & the food is good (and you can eat in the shady garden). http://perso.wanadoo.fr/jablines/auberges.html
We weren't there long enough to order newspapers, but there didn't seem to be any in the shop on the days we were there. British papers can be bought at the local railway station. If you're going to Disney it costs €9,20 to park in the station as opposed to €8 in the Disney carparks, but there's a lot less of a walk! Just thought I'd mention that:-)

May 04 What a lovely site, just a shop, playground and reception. In the extended grounds watersports lakes and nice beaches it was very quite when we where there, not much roundabout to get a meal out. But the big advantage to us was its closeness to Disneyland 15mins along very quite roads got the map from reception. The husband and wife who run shop, reception are very friendly and helpful and speak good english. The two shower and toilet blocks look brand new and are spotlessly clean.

May 2004 What a lovely site, it's a quiet site with only a shop and playground on the site. The camp site is part of huge grounds with lakes with water sports on them even man made beaches. The big attraction for us to this site was its only 15mins to Disneyland Paris, it's so easy to get to. After days in Disney its nice to go back to the quiet site. There are not many eating places near the site so we ate in Disney or did our own back at the site. The toilet and shower blocks are new and spotlessly clean.
