 We stayed on this site purely on the basis of it being a Best of British site. We were not disappointed. Very nicely laid out, spacious pitches, well maintained with grass or hardstanding and a choice of hook up or superpitch. Excellent playground for kids and some lovely walks from the site. New toilet block with private toilet, sink and shower facilities which was always clean and heated (even had radiators next to the loo - bliss!). Across the road is a Brewsters pub which was great for the kids (but you do have to cross the main road so beware). Very handy for all parts of Cornwall as its next to the A39 though we very rarely heard the traffic. There's a recycling shed and 2 big hutches with rabbits and guinea pigs in for the kids to see. Would definitely visit again.

We came here for our very first caravanning holiday having only just purchased our van 2 months previous. With 2 very small children, we found that this site was perfect for peace & quiet but also close enough to local ammenities.
The facilities are extremly clean & superb, with a brilliant family bathroom including a corner bath.( for those rare luxury moments ).
A chip van also comes to the site once a week which was great for a lazy holiday. We were so impressed that we now return every February on our wedding anniversary.
