Small friendly site with some twenty touring pitches, right on the river bank. Moorings and bank fishing available.

Road bridge to Malvern a bit noisey if at the bridge end of the park.

Showers and facilities are OK and controlled by a key (£10 deposite)and were never that busy.

Great location for popping into Worcester and Malvern. 18/08/2004

Lovely site on the edge of Worcester (return on bus £2 adult/£1 child)right beside river - view of Malverns in the distance. The bridge of the A4440 is next to the site, but surprisingly quiet. We had a tent, but certainly more caravans. No playground, but our 7 and 5 year olds didn't complain - could cycle safely on the semi-hard roadway in front of the touring pitches. Probably wouldn't recommend it for a 2 year old that's liable to dash off, as the river is only a few yards from the pitches. Facilities were clean, but no washing up station, and a bit fiddly remebering the key (£10 deposit) and the 20ps (for the shower). The Ketch family pub is just up the bank from the site - very handy, and a Harvester pub is another 5 mins walk across the A38.

This is a delightfully situated site yards from the river. My wife and I visited in our motorhome and found the proprietors to be friendly and very helpful, and they never seemed to stop working to keep this site immaculate. The shower block with all usual amenities is clean, and whilst there is a 20p charge for the electric shower it last for at least 12 minutes!

As earlier reviewers have said there is no 'entertainment' as such. We were very happy to sit and watch the river and its' boat traffic amble by. There is a riverside walk/cycle direct from the site to the city.

Great site and thankyou very much for your warm welcome - we'll come again!

this was my second visit to the ketch to fish the severn for barbel.
both visits have been enjoyable as the river is only ten yards from your caravan door.the showers are operated by tokens (20p)from receptionand are nice and hot, with underfloor heating in the block.two local pubs within two mins. walk from site.supermarket five mins.away.both pubs do cheap food.worcester city centre only ten mins ride away(£5.00)in a taxi.
and above all a very friendly host and hostess who are always ready to fulfill your needs.

I think the site is for caravans only. There is electric hook up. The showers are adequate and clean. The showers are 20p token from the reception. With electric hook up it cost me £9-50 a night. Nothing on the site entertainment wise, but i only go for the fishing (barbel) If you like night life Worcester city centre is only £5 in a taxi.

Wouldn't recommend the site for kid's because your so close to the river and the bank's are steep+ the river is deep close in. The Ketch pub is only 2 min's walk.
