 We have tried all sorts of campsites in Suffolk, but always drift back to Shottisham.
It's a truly laid back, charming place, with top notch facilities.
James and Claire will make you feel truly at home. A real gem.

Great site in a peaceful village.
The toilets and showers were immaculate and I must say I have never stayed on a campsite where the facilities were kept so clean.
We stayed mid-week out of school holidays and there weren't too many people there.
We loved the location, the small holding with all the animals and the walks to the Heath.

Lovely clean quite site.
The blue rabbit cafe does a wonderful selection of foods.
I would definitely recommend it and we will be happy to go there again in the future.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet with a very cosy feeling.
Being a relatively small site it keeps a really nice chilled vibe about it.
The site is very well placed to walk or short drive to lots of interesting places.
We will definitely be booking again.

This is a fabulous site for all ages.
Good clean facilities & close to everything which you need.
My grandchildren loved the feed the animals with Clare & the Blue Rabbit cafe was a great success too.

Lovely, peaceful, quirky site with friendly owners and amazing local produce.
Facilities are basic but spotlessly clean, and there are some fantastic walks direct from the site and a great pub nearby.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

A lovely stay in the glorious Suffolk countryside.
A short drive to Sutton Hoo, which was amazing and informative and a five minute walk to the local pub, the Sorrel Horse, incredible welcome and excellent food, wine and service.
A brilliant weekend despite the mixed weather.

Beautifull site for a relaxing break with the kids.
Facilities are excellent, toilets/showers immaculate and hosts Claire and James very friendly and helpful.
Kids love the animal feeding and the free ranging chickens.
Will be back again soon I hope

Came back for a second visit, this time with friends
Literally can't fault - facilities always clean and fresh, pitches well spaced
Excellent little campsite, with walks just through the gate

First night away in our Campervan, and the wife found this place. Booking was simple and James was super helpful.
Great find, pitches laid out well and well numbered, facilities top notch - clean and new.
Location was amazing with walks across the heath and a quick 3 minutes to the local pub. Cafe wasn't open during our stay, but will check that out another stay.
Nice to have the animals on site too.
Definitely will be a local favourite !
