 This site on the northern part of the island is slightly isolated from the other towns by marshland and forest.
The campsite is mainly geared for chalets the facilities are of a high standard to persuade visitors (predominantly French)to stay there.
The swimming pools, indoor and outdoor are impressive. There are water slides and a 'jeu d'eau'play area. There is also a free, covered gym with exercise machines and tennis courts.
The site is sandy and has reasonable size pitches. You need to pay attention to jockey wheels sinking into it.
The cycling routes through the forest to St Georges d'Oleron or across the marshes to St Pierre d'Oleron are brilliant and best of all very flat.
The site is 50 yards from the centre of Boyardville and the quayside, Here you will find the tourist office, bread shops and restaurants.
The larger shops are to be found in St Pierre d'Oleron.
It is a camping cheque site

Great site. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, play area with bouncy castle for the kids. Lovely cycling around the area with great cycle paths. 800 metres to a lovely beach. Wonderful harbour town with plenty of places to eat. Great ice cream parlours or places to get crepes etc. Market in the town square was lovely. Communal barbecues on site. Toilets and shower blocks with plenty of washing up areas.
Entertainment every night in bar area.
All in all a great site
