I had booked into the site for 7 nights. Unfortunately I had to leave after 2 nights as I had received a work call to return to work the next day.
The site itself was ideal, with areas mown for pitching your tent. The facilities were all you needed, very nice shower rooms with composting toilets. Running water for drinking purposes was also available on site.
Where I have to mark the site down is. Upon my departure I was offered a refund on my remaining nights, which I did accept. I was informed I would be refunded via paypal (the method by which I had paid) and felt this was perfectly fine and acceptable. However, we are a week down the line and I have still as yet not received the refund. I have contacted the site via email and had no reply regarding the issue. If they had no intention of issuing a refund, they shouldn't have offered. I'm disappointed as I had fully intended booking in with the site in the future as I had intended seeing as much of the area as possible.
Now, when I do visit the area again I will be sure to look for an alternative site.
