The site is well kept and the staff are friendly.
I had a problem with the electric card. When I reported the problem they walked me through the process of using the card. This didn't rectify the issue as I was going out for the day they investigated and rectified the issue in my absence.
It is close to the town and has access to the beach from the rear of the site.
The site is secure with access through a barrier that requires key fob access.

Nice open pitches, toilet blocks close to all vans.
Secure site with key fob to get in the gate.
Staff were friendly, welcoming an helpful.
Be better if there was a park for the kids.

Great position, close to the town and beach but a lack of site facilities spoils it particularly if the weather gets bad, luckily there’s a great bus service which takes you right around to Skegness and back.
The site was clean and tidy but Coin operated showers, really, in this day and age! We didn’t experience it ourselves but we’re told not to drink the water.
I struggled to use our own wifi because the on-site Wi-fi blocked ours out.
Although the staff were helpful, it seemed like anything was a chore for them.

I Have visited this site many times over the last few years. The site is always clean and tidy and I have never had any issues with anything.
Without a doubt this is one of the quietest sites I have stayed on in this area. I can honestly say that the site is well kept and to be honest I have never seen any littered areas on this site and the maintenance guys are always about and the green areas and lakes are well kept.
Overall I would describe it as a great site to enjoy a nice peaceful break for any age groups.
I've given 10 out of 10 for everything, the facilities the site does have are more than adequate. I wouldn't want to stay on any other site.

We have visited waterside leisure park in Ingoldmells about 10 times in the last 4 years. Tracy on reception is always friendly and we nearly always get the same caravan as it it near the lake and my husband fishes. I cannot fault it. It is quiet and right near to the beach. There are no amenities as such, but there is a pub/cafe at the entrance and a burger stand, which they didn't have when we first started going. Since coming here we have been to other sites in Skegness and you felt like sardines as the caravans were so close together, not at waterside, you have plenty of room between caravans. The only reason we went to the other sites is because we had left it late booking(4 days before we wanted to go) and they had no available caravans. One thing about Tracy, she will do her best to accommodate you, even phoning other caravan owners. 10 out of 10 from us. Keep up the good work.

I have never been to a site where you have to take your own loo roll to the toilet, paying £20 a night without hookup you would think loo roll to be included. There wasn't even a toilet roll holder so it wasn't that they had run out.
The showers were filthy, we showered in our van after seeing the state of them.
The fresh water point was right next to the elson point, so you would be filling your water carrier, when someone would came and empty there loo right at the side of you totally disgusting.
The only good thing about this site is the pub-club playing good music also the very reasonable priced ale.

Just got back from this site after 5days. Got up monday morning to find our stuff stolen, site office not very helpful at all.
Apart from that the site wasn't too bad. Bit out of the way and nothing for the kids to do
The toilets and showers were ok, don't forget your toilet roll though
Staff were friendly enough we ran out off gas and they don't do replacements, only the large ones, so we had to go into chapel st leonards to get a refill
It could certainly do with a kids play area and a shop on site.

Overall mixed feelings about this site.
Wardens and staff all friendly and helpful, and all comments to them were acted upon swiftly, ie blocked drains, state of shower facilities.
Unfortunately there did not seem to be enough staff to do a regular check of showers etc, cleaning seemed to be once a day, no further checks made, the shower areas later in the day left a lot to be desired, to the point of one or 2 cubicles being dirty to the point of unusable.
A very busy site (but it was August) there was little in the way of pitch markings, so some 'piches' were overtaken by neigbouring users, making it difficult to find a pitch, let alone one near a bollard.
Despite its busyness, all was quiet by 11pm, quite impressive for the area/number of users.
Waterpoints were plentiful, however the grey water drains at these points seemed to get misused quite a bit, twice being used for toilet disposal, disappointing, as there are at least 4 elsan points around the touring area (although these seemed to block with ease).
Although there is no on site entertainment, there is a site about 10 mins walk away, Coastfields Leisure Park where, for a small fee (currently £3 adults, £1 children (5-17)) that you can use the bar/entertainment, this site also has day passes so you can use their pool/other facilities.
Coastfeilds also has a land train through their, and a neighbouring park, that is free and you can get right down to Ingoldmells main Centre, this runs from 10:00 till 4:30
There is no longer a shop on site, but there are 2 within a few hundred yards of the site (the sites reason for shutting their shop) also a couple of takeaways at a reasonable prices.
Rates are currently £25p/n inc awning/electric they don't mind a pup tent on the same pitch, and allow gazebos at no extra charge. The prices seem to be ok for the area/facilities.
There is no playground on site, so this is a down point from out point of view, having 3 kids, but speed on the site is low, so safe for them to play around the van.
I have passed my feelings onto the wardens, and hope they are acted upon re the toilets/showers if they are, it would be a very nice site, unfortunately, it did spoil it a bit for us on this occasion.
Will probably visit again later this year, or next year.
This site also accepts tents/ M/Hs

This is a handy site situated close to shops, pubs and local amenities.
We were allowed to pitch where we wanted to, which is always nice but found the electric hook up points to be randomly placed and a bit of a 'free for all' actually hooking up to one, often finding campers who did not require hook up pitched next to one, was handy we have an extra long cable!
The owners were friendly and helpful and when we asked them what time we needed to be off the site on the Sunday they said that because it was not busy we could stay as late as we wished.
The site shop is very well stocked and the prices are not too bad.
The main shower block is clean and modern but this does close after 9- there is a portable cabin in use but this is not very private. There is no toilet tissue in the toilets which is a bit of a pain, and feel this needs addressing.
All said, we would definitely return as this is a friendly, handy site.
