This has been a good tent albeit the groundsheet is not 'sewn in'. My only complaint is the ground sheet which does not cover the entire inside of the tent and is a 'bathtub' therefore not sealing the fly to the groundsheet and unless we fit the ground sheet properly, or rain is particularly heavy, rain will come in. On the last use some of the poles were broken, however we have been able to easily replace these. This tent is easy to erect, colour coded poles and built in plan of the tent to guide which poles go where and which bed area goes where (usefully attached to the tent carry bag). There are 3 bed rooms, each with sealed in groundsheets, 2 double and one quadruple which has a divider to make 2 doubles. Each bed area has plenty of space and has a zip for easy access; there are double mesh windows in the bed area which will unzip to a single mesh to allow better ventilation. The tent has 3 doors, two doors, one either side of the tent and a 3rd if the quadruple bed area is not used. Interior has 2 hanging pockets, with approximately 6 pouches each, hanging the full length of the tent, one on the 'double' end of the tent and the other on the 'single' end. These pockets were useful to store items (at the top) out of the reach of small children and for small children to store their bits and pieces (at the bottom). There is a 'wash line' across the roof suitable for hanging damp towels and a torch to act as a 'ceiling' light. My partner uses this tent when attending 'dark sky' events and this tent is large enough to take a 6' telescope.

We bought this last year for £100. It was a good buy, as we had never tried camping before, so it was nice to be able to give it a go without shelling out too much for a tent.
Overall it is a nice tent with lots of space. We found the groundsheet very awkward to put in, and because it is not sewn in it lets bugs and rain in!
We have since replaced it with a Vango,, but if we hadn't had the funds to do that, this tent would have been fine for the rest of the year at least. There is a lot if strain on the bedroom pods, and we have had some toggles come off after the third use.
One word of caution - I see that it is on Millets marked down from £400 to £300. That is a really bad deal; look at Suncamp tents if that is your budget. For £100 in the sale it is a really good buy.

Have used this tent 3 summers now after buying it from Millets for £100 ( best money I spent ) and cannot praise this tent enough especially after this years downpour of rain early July.It didn't leak at all & we had plenty of space to sit around in the tent due to rain. The only quibble is with the groundsheet that when wind and rain combine the water gets in.I would recommend this tent

I Loved this tent. Very easy to pitch could be done by one person. This is a great family starter tent. Large bedroom pods and living area.
My only quibble with this is the ground sheet. Even when it's attached properly any kind of wind and it tucks out of the tent and rain runs down the outside of the tent and straight in to it. This could be corrected by velcro.
All in All you get what you pay for.

For the price we paid for this tent (£118) I have to say it was a bargain, plenty of space for our family of 4, with both children having a double room each and all 4 of us being able to sit round a table during wet weather, on 1 trip away we had plenty of that, it hammered it down non-stop for 36 hours, rain started to come in after about 24 hours where the top of the tent seemed to be sagging. When going away with just our little boy we could take the big pod out and have loads more space. It is not the strongest of tents and after 4 trips away there are already signs of wear and tear, as I said it also seems to sag a bit and the ground sheet is a bit of a pain, we had to have items on floor around the edges of the sheet to stop the wind blowing it around! so if I had paid the rrp of £400 I would probably be a lot less impressed, and if I did have that sort of money to spend on a tent I would upgrade. All in all though for £118 I'd recommend it to anyone!

Brought this last year for £100 in the millets sale and was really pleased with the deal and thought I would have many summers use out of this tent. However, I used it for the first time this summer and within two days the flimsy bedroom areas had come away at the seems in two places and other seems were starting to go. After looking at fellow campers tents their inner tents were of a much studier design. The tent organisers which were useful could take hardly any weight at all without pulling at the seems and the elastic. The elastic on the toggles was of poor quality and once stretched they lost their elasticity. Most other tents I subsequently looked at had thicker elastic and were of a better design. The other people I was camping with took one look at the bedrooms and immediately said how flimsy they looked. The built in washing line snapped almost immediately with very light use. In my ignorance I did not realise this was only 1500mm hydrostatic head and so is not designed for heavy rain. Also the groundsheet is an awkward design. Thankfully I had my receipt and millets took it back due to the damaged seems even though I purchased it in the sale last year. I would not have paid anything more than £100 for it and certainly would not have been happy if I had paid RRP£400. I have since purchased a much better Sunncamp tent with a sewn in groundsheet for £300 which surpases this one in specification. Although a cheap tent beware of false economy.

We didn't like the tent, and have returned it, lucky for us it was faulty(damaged tape and toggles for inners appeared to be stitched in wrong). Headroom is very poor anywhere other than dead centre. Our biggest dislike is the groundsheet. Either get a fully sewn in, or a loose one and a fly sheet with skirts. The wind (light breeze)pushed the fly over the bath tub groundsheet and water got in. Also the beds became exposed and got wet. Not much to do to adjust the pitching as the tapes determine the shape. If it's any consolation, it goes up quick.

This tent was a joint birthday gift last year for mine and my husbands birthday as they knew we liked camping and we wanted to take our two young children. We looked around and settled on this tent as we wanted one that would last as the boys got bigger.
This is a great tent and I can't really fault it. The first time we pitched it we put all the bedrooms up and still managed to move around and fit a camping table, plus our four camping chairs in the middle section with ease. However as the boys are only 4 and 6 we decided to just put the two double units up which leaves us able to open the big door at the end if want to with more space than we need inside.
We have now used this tent 3 times - twice at the local scout campsite (only 3 nights each time) as my husband is a leader and on one of those occasions the tent withstood some very heavy rain without any leakage at all.
Recently we went further afield and we had another very heavy downpour and the tent survived. The only downside we have found is that the pegs that come with are not very good. They are fine for soft ground and non windy conditions, but whilst away we had one very windy night and found ourselves at 7.30pm in the evening trying to track down a camping shop to get some heavy duty pegs, we found one with 10 mins to spare and once these pegs were in the tent did not move at all and withstood the windy conditions through the night.
All in all this is a great tent and we will be using it for lots more holidays over the next few years.

Having owned this tent for over a year now, we have been fortunate to utilise it many times.
Down points of the tent: the ground sheet does not cover the whole area, although each pod has its own sewn in groundsheet; there is no fly sheet in the doorways so if you want to air the tent or let some fresh air in, you will also share it with bugs; the end door is blocked by the main pod, why??; when pitching can be fiddly in the wind as you need to work your way down the 'tube' to pitch and not peg and pitch like most others.
However, saying that, plus side: Nice and roomy with all pods erected, had plenty of room to have tables, chairs and storage boxes in the centre with space to move around; colour coded poles for erection; lots of storage pockets for bits and bobs; withstands heavy rain and strong winds; folded packed size is reasonable and not too heavy. This weekend we read these reviews and tried it with the main pod in the position of the small pods as there was only two of us, which we would recommend. It made the tent feel huge and when the rain came, all our friends also piled in to take cover!
Have read a few reviews where there are manufacturing problems, but I think these guys have just been really unlucky, when we got the tent there was no problem. Only now have we bent a ring keep on a peg but that was due to us being lazy and trying to pull the peg out of the ground using the ring!
Was thinking of using velcro to stick the ground sheet more firmly to the sides once erected, unless anyone else has tried anything better?
So, all in all, we love this tent and look forward to using it for quite a while now.

Great value for money for such a big tent, especially we got it for 100 pounds. First time we pitched it, took us just over half an hour in limited space of our garden and limited light as it was after sundown. Pitches fly sheet first so it's up and giving you shelter from the weather and lets you get on with the rest of the gear. 5 colour coded fibreglass poles insert in no time, I'd agree the groundsheet is on a fiddly side, but against a sewn in one it gives you flexibility when you need a cable or anything running into the tent. Bags and bags of space even with the tent 8 people full. The door access is excellent, 2 doors either side of the large living space in the middle, or the big one if you skip hanging up the biggest bedroom, however I really wish the side doors had a fine mesh layer apart from the solid fabric (some fresh air without the bugs). When it comes to withstanding the weather it did a brilliant job in several heavy downpours only time we had some water in the tent was when my husband shoved his fishing rods under the fly, the seriously strong wind wobbled us about a bit, but we were pith on top of a cliff near Dover (no damage though it stood up to the wind). All in all great tent with few little niggles but all camping has it's niggles
