This tent is awesome we have had it for 5 years now. We love the size because when it is wet there is plenty of living space to to take the chairs, table, kitchen stand etc. When its sunny you can move the front panel back to make a porch so you have some shade. We have had no leaks, its also with stood some strong winds too. I cant fault this tent at all, well worth its money. Plus we have taken good care of it too.

This was our first tent, got it off ebay for £100, got it to try camping, we then sold it for £110! For our first tent it was great, very easy to put up with plenty of room. I suppose now five years later it would seem very dated, but when we started out it suited us just fine. It didn't have a fitted groundsheet or a canopy, things now we couldn't do without, but for the price, it was spot on.

Just bought one of these off ebay for £70 and all I can say is its excellent. Very large and tall living area and very good at keeping drafts and the wind out. Highly recommended if you can find one for sale though you may have to resort to buying second hand now as its no longer made. Tent has two equal size bedrooms and we complimented it by buying a tent carpet to cover the groundsheet that made it all the more homely!

Bought this tent because of it's height so you don't have to stoop while walking around inside, it's a good size family tent - we have 2 adults and 2 kids, which is just fine for this tent. Great size common area with ability to remove outer end side and bring into middle to leave a good size porch area. It says you need 2 to put this up, but I have managed to put this up on my own, saying that it is much easier with 2 people.

We went shopping for a gazebo but fell in love with this tent in our local camping shop, so much so that, as it was the last in stock we took down the demonstration model packed it away ourselves and took it for a two week break in the Gower the following day. We're still seeing it advertised for way over the price we paid for it 3 years ago and it has served us brilliantly.
Pitching is easy with two people on a still day but can be a little troublesome with only 1 adult and a 6 year old in a gale! there's plenty of room both sitting and standing and the sleeping pobs are of a generous size. WE love the option to remove the front of the tent and move it to the middle section (reducing the inside space but giving a great porch area. Ours sadly is now starting to so some signs of wear and tear but we will be looking into getting it repaired rather than looking at a new model. We love it

We bought this as our first tent, paid £170 and got a canopy thrown in, so bit of a bargain. It's fairly straight forward to pitch, but like many have said before, difficult to get the front door right - the zip actually burst open in the night once! plenty of room inside but there is only 3 of us, the canopy is great but the guylines coming off the front of the tent are a pain - creates a bit of an obstacle course at the front when you want to sit outside and also at night in the dark although the guys are luminous. All in all a good tent but it desperately needs a SIG. Have now bought the outwell ohio xl which is awesome!

Good size tent for us 2xadults 2x kids for weekends away. Plenty of headroom and space inside. Problems with peg loops coming unstitched creating draughts, major problem with front door tried allsorts to sort it but never get it quite right. Contacted gelert but no joy. Easy for 2 people to put up just a little hard threading poles through material but once used to it its o.K don't think will buy another prefer one with sewn in groundsheet.

Very good tent. First time campers and we chose it because of the large living area. We wanted to be able to sit and stand in an area if we were unable to be outside. Boy we are glad we had this tent. We camped last year and this year in Cornwall during the summer torrential downpours! Some pockets of rain gathered at the top but this could have been due to us to quiet pitching properly. This tent has certainly proved its worth. It has kept us dry throughout days and days of constant rain. Plus a very wet house warming when we used it as a marquee.
It was easy to pitch with two people but more tricky in the wind. I wouldn't cosider getting 4 people into the larger pod. We had a double airbed in there and definitely couldn't get 2 in. Four laying side-by-side is possible but not exactly comfortable for longer camps. We were comfortable as 2 in smaller and 2 + dog in larger spaced left used for clothes bag storage.
We've only used 4 times and couple of the inner peg points have stitching torn and therefore made hole in tent skin. We had a problem getting the front door right. We had to adjust loads of times as it was too tight and wouldn't zip/unzip.
One problem is its very heavy for me to lift (husband has no trouble)
All said we are happy with this tent and bargain at £199.00.

We have had this tent for a year now and I must say I will not be looking for another tent in a hurry.
It's size is perfectly for a family no matter what the weather conditions as you can cook either inside (if the weather is bad) or under the porch if you move the door back.
The bedrooms are not the biggest but as we chose the 3x3 configuration it is perfect for a family of four.
If you are looking for a big tent and a good price then this should be high on your list.

Loved the size of this tent. Plenty of room in the living area. Had all the usual camping things in there, table and chairs, storage unit, crates all stacked with toys/shoes and bits and bobs. Table for cooker, kettle. The bedrooms had plenty of room for beds and clothes. We have a porta potti for the girls and used to put it between the 2 bedroom pods so it was out of site. It never felt cramped even when the 2 girls and their friends were in and out all the time. Like other people have found the front door was a bit of a problem, but nothing major. Stayed in the tent for 2 weeks and loved it. Only reason we got rid of this tent was because husband had a medical scare and even though he fully recovered I did not want him to take the strain of having to put this huge tent up mainly on his own.
