Brought this tent second hand a few months ago and used it for the first time July 2012 so the tent is a few years old now, our pitch was in the open and it was a wet and windy week right on the coast but this tent took it all in it's stride from gale force winds to torrential rain with no leaks, the bedrooms are spacious and the living area was big enough for our 2 children to play when it was too wet outside if your are looking for a large roomy family tent on a budget look for one of these second hand you will not be disappointed

We've used this tent once and had very bad weather , winds, hail everything but tent was great. Very roomy for the six of us, can't wait to go away in it again this year. The pods are a good size we had two air beds in each room and there was still room in between the beds to walk. And the living area is really big we had a fold out picnic table and they is still lots of room leaved.

I love this tent. Last year we took it to the Pyrenees and coast of north western Spain for 2 weeks and it had no problems with a couple of heavy rain storms there. It did cause a bit of attention due to size over there! The living area comfortably takes my family of five on a rainy evening with plenty of head room. Its easy to put up (as long as you get the outer layer the right way round!). Would definitely recommend it and we only paid £199 for it. We`ve had some great weekends in Wales and The Lakes and its never leaked or had any problems.

Excellent tent. Has withstood all weather types. Bedrooms sleep 2 comfortably and 3 at a push. Living area huge with great head height. Sewn in groundsheet throughout tent. Takes 2 to pitch. We have used this tent 4 times now and haven't been disappointed. Porch area is great for kitchen, wardrobe etc.

We have had this tent 3 years and love it's space. It is useful when meeting up with friends who have smaller units and the weather doesn't permit you to sit outside. The inner space provides a social space. The tent has 3 pods which we use as two sleeping areas and an area for a portaloo as we have small kids. You can stand up in the tent and it is airy.
The downsides are that it is too big really for setting up for a couple of nights and then moving on every couple. Whilst it is easy to set up, it needs two people and takes about 40 mins in all. The weight is also a drawback and it is large and is nigh on impossible to lift. But definitely worth it for longer stays of camping and for bigger groups. Porch acts as area for cooking and kit.
The most irritating thing since buying this unit has been the attitude of many campsites about its size. They often try to charge you double pitch fees. The Camping and Caravan Club haven't (until recently) allowed you to book this size of pitch online. You have had to ring up the sites direct to enquire and invariably you have to leave a voicemail and no one gets back to you. However they have introduced a number of jumbo pitches on sites from this year. That said I would buy another.

What a great tent. We bought it to replace our Rage which unfotunately didn't have a sewn in groundsheet. And after our daughter had a panic attack over a spider we decided we'd need a new tent fully enclosed. The tent is fairly easy to put up for 2 people I thought, straight forward with colour coded poles. The space is fantastic, the bedrooms spacious enough for 3 and the porch had our cooker on a stand, fridge(s), bin and shoes in it. Ventilation is very good with all the windows open plus the front and back door and skylight. But also cosy during the night or cooler days due to the sewn in groundsheet. One of the best bits are the access points for electric cables(zipped) so no creepy crawlies can get in. Weather resistant too, had torrential downpour at the end of our holidays and it took it all in its stride.
Best tent we ever had.

Had 10 days down in Cornwall in it last year and it withstood some harsh windy/rainy conditions with ease!
It's extremely spacious, bedrooms all a good size, porch fantastic for storage, easy to put up (2 people required though!)and 2 nice oversized bags (1 for inner tent, 1 for outer & accessories)which makes it easy to put away! Superb!

Just been on holiday for the first time in our new Tahoma and what a fab tent. Easy to erect but does take 2 people because of its size. Loads space in living area. 3 great bedroom pods and a fantastic porch area where we stored everything form our fridge to shoes to our tea making facilities. Great extended canopy from the door too. I love this tent and it made our camping holiday a comfortable experience.

I bought a Tahoma earlier this year after seeing one at a camping show in Teeside. There was 5 of us in the tent and had loads of room. It took two to put the tent up. It was very warm all weekend. Well worth the money. The porch is well worth it as well, we stored all our camping bags etc in the porch

I love this tent, it is easy to erect, has colour coded poles (does need two of you to erect as it is so big) and has massive living area. The porch area is a very good size as are the bedrooms but we only sleep two in each but there is still plenty of room for other belongings. It isn't drafty due to the sewn in groundsheet but can be well ventilated by opening the two large windows and the back door. It is quite heavy when it's all stored in the same bag so we store the poles separately.
