We had this tent cost me £85 in the argos sale use it about ten times sun and rain did not leek but the rain would run down the sides and then in to the tent fron under the sides. But good size bedrooms and living space. Put up in about 1/2 an hour with two one inside to hold the tent up as you put the ploes in to left the tent. As I said cost me £85.00 and I sold it for £95.00 and put that towards a Vango tent

We got this from my brother inlaw as they no longer needed it and we did. We put it up in about an hour after only the second time of putting it up. It withstands the wind very well and is secured by what seems to be a never ending amount of guy lines. Although it would also benefit from some extra pegs on the sides of the sleeping pods to help pull these tight and the addition of skirts to the bottom of these too would be a welcome addition to aid keeping the elements and bugs out.
We did have some leaks from the seams where the tape had started to come away which we've put some seam sealer on and with the addition of some fabsil on the main fly sheet will we hope make this tent water tight for many mare years to come. The ground sheet doesn't seem to fit even when pitched right and would benefit from being a little larger. Over all though for a budget tent this does what it says on the tin so to speak. If you want better you will have to pay more but even then, problems occur with the best of tents.
We feel this is worth its 8 out of 10 for the size alone.

Bought from Argos half price sale. Just as well. Great in good weather but awful in bad. Huge tent with space inside for a 6 seat table and chairs. We had 4 adults and 5 children at one time. Cant cook in it so a gazebo is a must. 2nd outing the outer door zips broke and sticky tape doesn't work in the rain. Several seams leaked. If not pitched perfectly and you are on a slope or bumpy ground you will have an indoor swimming pool. You should waterproof this tent as soon as you buy it or it will rain inside. This tent is now in the bin. (Kept the ground sheet for covering stuff in the garden.)

We own this tent, and as we are a family of 6, we find it is perfect in every detail for us. We have camped in it quite a few times in the 4 years we have owned it, we have camped in hot weather and wet weather, and hardly any rain came in. It is big enough for 4 noisy children to play in in the rain, and it is big enough to store all the things we have to take with us for a week. Once we had put it up for the first time, every other time was easy, and it usually takes us about an hour to have the tent up and all our junk inside it. We have put it up in strong wind, and although we had to use the children as tent weights, it didn't prove too much of a problem. We bought it in a sale, and it has been worth every penny we paid for it.

Bought one of these tents in Argos sales because of size as going on very first camping holiday with two kids, my best friend and her kids, however due to unforeseen circumstances my friend and her kids could not make it, but due to having bought the tent decided to use it - took over 3 hours to put up and that was with help of 3 other seasoned campers.
First night it rained quite heavily and water was running in to the tent under the doors and flaps because ground sheet doesn't fit properly. Second night was windy with same amount of rain as previous night, tent was being buffeted heavily but appeared at that time to be stable, however, in early hours of morning (approx 2am) was woken by loud cracking which we later discovered was one of the yellow pod poles snapping under the strain and hitting the porta loo which was being used in the third pod. Myself, husband and eldest child promptly investigated the banging and had found that the pod had fallen in on itself and was therefore putting stress on the main frame of the living area which took all of us to hold down for at least an hour before the wind died down enough for us to check the damage and tighten guy ropes. It was only then we realised that the poles had snapped therefore guy ropes had loosened which had left more stress on the main structure.
In the morning we decided to let down the third pod because it was damaged but then discovered that the grey poles to the pod had also been broken. A short time later the wind increased slightly again and we realised that one of the main black poles supporting the main dome living area was beginning to buckle. At that point we did not feel safe and decided to abandon our holiday and returned home 5 days early having only spent two days on site having paid up front for 7 days which we cannot recoup from the site we where on because of the tent malfunction.
Overall extremely disappointed with tent and would not recommend it to anyone. Tent will be returned to Argos for a refund as we feel that it should not have failed so drastically in such a dramatic way in a short space of time. (2 nights !) Children have all been traumatised by this and have been for the time being been put off camping which we feel is a shame as this was their first taste of outdoor living.

This is my sister in laws tent, we just spent 3 nights in it. Overall a good tent, could do with flaps all around the tent rather than just the doors, just to keep draught out at night and in heavy rain. When SIL used it she had leaks but I think she didn't have it pulled out enough. Plenty of space 6 of us plus dog.

We totally love this tent. We have camped in weather where it is really hot and also where there is a lot of rain and never a drop gets in. As we are a large family the space in this tent is fantastic and we love the inside sections where the children keep their socks etc and I store the sun cream. The centre area of the tent is so spacious that when camping with other friends, if the weather is really bad we can converge in the centre area of our tent and sit around the table and play cards. There is still plenty of room for the smaller children to sit and draw/colour. On one camping trip our friends' tent did not hold up to the rain and they brought their bedding into the centre of our tent and slept there very comfortably without a drop of rain hitting them. This was the best buy for us and we hope to be using is for many years to come

We love this tent we have used it lots and lots of times - it is huge and great for the British weather as can all spread out when its raining.
Ours is a 3 door and we used it Aug 09 Bank Holiday in Wales and it chucked it down almost continually for the whole time we were there and we didnt have one leak! a bit of condensation where our pillows had touched the inner lining of the pod but nothing bad other than that.
The only alteration I would make to this would be a fitted ground sheet for insulation but we 'glamp' not camp and take a little blow heater with us!
If this tent had to be changed tomorrow we would buy exactly the same one again - brilliant value for money.

We bought one of these secondhand a couple of years ago. We only used it once for a 1 week holiday. Although it had a lovely spacious living area and 3 large bedroom pods, I found the height of the pods was not good for my bad back, so we decided to sell it on. We also found that it was really too big for a standard pitch, and we ended up with one of the bedroom pods in a hedge to be able to fit it in the space which in turn leaked when it rained.
Overall, I was not that impressed by this tent as it did not suit our needs at all.

Thought this tent was great the first time we used it in 2007 in Wales. Got it half price in sale. Really good size , but the size can be a problem as last year my husband used it at superbikes and had to pack it in the rain and we couldn't air it well enough in our small garden for it to dry properly which meant this year when we came to use it its got mildew. Also sides don't come down enough to keep out draughts or rain, ground sheets not big enough and the bedroom pods are to low for comfort.
This year it leaked just about everywhere (the rain was very heavy at times) so next year we're getting a tunnel tent. It was good value for the money though and has good head height in the middle although the circular shape makes placing a table and chairs without blocking the bedroom doors a problem. We feel like we had our moneys worth out of it.
