We have enjoyed using this tent as a couple - it is easy to pitch (I have done it on my own) and has plenty of space for two. However now we have two young children we find it a bit of a squeeze even though it is a 5 berth tent (this isn't helped by the fact that my husband is 6'4'). Its fine for a night or two but for longer we need something bigger now.

It was great having the whole sleeping area for just two people, and when the kids were toddlers we could keep them close but put up the privacy curtain.

We have always found it weatherproof and not had any pole snapping or other incidents so the quality is great. We like the SIG throughout, but have found the flaps at the bottoms of the doors don't always stay tucked in, so rain does sometimes start to seep in underneath.

Have knocked off couple of points for this and the fact that my husband finds the lack of head room frustrating, but overall its a great tent (for shorter people like me!)

My wife and I used to have one of these and I absolutely loved it. I've always had a soft spot for dome tents because they're simple to put up and look good.

Our first tent was an old Mountaincraft 2 man dome tent which did the job, but we wanted more comfort and space, so plumped for the Fireblazer. It took not much more than 10 minutes to erect and there was more than enough living space for my wife and I. I would say that 4 people would probably get in each other's way in this tent, but for 2 or 3 people on a weekend break, it's absolutely ideal.

Unfortunately, we got caught in a bad storm that snapped a pole, which in turn tore through the tent on one side. I tried in vain to get hold of a good second hand one. They're like gold dust now though, so we've progressed to a brilliant Vango Icarus 500.

Always get a pang when I see a Fireblazer on a campsite though. Great tent.

This is a great weekend Tent we have actually put it up in 20 minutes. Survived the recent rain and wind in the inclement conditions!

Plenty big enough for 2. Bed room is big and roomy with head height. Living area slightly less about 5.5ft (a bit of a stoop for my husband) but plenty of room to fit a fridge table and chairs you need a separate ground sheet for the living area. Overall this has been a good tent would buy a Vango again

This was our first 'proper' tent, having previously had a little 2 person 'crawl in and out' job!

I paid just over £100 brand new from Millets back in 2004, having had it recommended to me by a friend, and it has been worth every penny!

It is officially a 5 berth tent, well, it would sleep 5 like sardines, but realistically, this is better for 2 adults, or perhaps 2 adults and one child.

The porch is tall enough to stand in for a short person, I am 5'9' and can stand in there with a stoop, and I can stand fully upright in the centre of the bedroom area! We take a high rise airbed in the bedroom, and there is LOADS of room, we have another 2 small tables in there and there is still room to get round the bed, and the height is good enough to stand to get dressed in the morning.

If you look at my photo, you will see in the porch we have table, fridge, cooker and our camping chest of drawers, and still room for our two chairs! it is a perfect tent for a weekend away as it only takes about 20 mins to pitch start to finish, but it is also good enough for a week away if there are only 2 of you.

We used this tent constantly for about 4 years until we bought the Aspen 500 DLX, but still use this one for weekends as it is so quick to pitch.

We did have an episode once with a horrendous storm, and the poles started snapping! I contacted Vango, who sent me out, not one, but two replacement sets free of charge! And one of the sets was a heavier duty set too! We only ever used this heavy duty set after the snapping incident, with no more worries.

This tent has a separate porch groundsheet, on later models the groundsheet was improved and attached to the inner tent and clipped up around the sides in the porch. Also on later models, an additional roof pole was fitted in the porch to give more stability and less sag. This tent, has many guises, and it's improved models have been known as the Venture, Tamor and now Apollo! They are all the same tent just in different colours and with little tweaks!

I only deducted a star for the pole snapping incident, but even then that was in the worst camping storm I have ever encountered and we were on a cliff edge with no shelter! Otherwise I would recommend this tent whole heartedly. It is wonderful, tough, spacious and does what it is meant to do. I still have it and will never sell it. For a quick weekend away for two people I still don't think it can be bettered :)

Bought this tent 6 years ago for our first camping trip. It's just OH and myself and we wanted something not too large but enough height for us to stand up in. Ideal for a couple who like space as there is lots of room in the bedroom if you do not use the room divider. We camp for long weekends mainly and this tent is perfect for us. It's so easy to put up and take down again - takes us 30 mins max. It's always been water tight and we've never had any issues with wind damage. It's always stood well and never let us down.

The only reason I've scored 9 is due to the living area being tight once you get your table, chairs, fridge and cooking bits in there. However, we are going to invest in a premier extension this year and store everything in there from now on and then we will take the Vango out for longer trips. Can't wait!

We bought this tent as this it took up no room in our then small car. We used it all over the uk in all weathers & it performed well (no leaks) Sleeping area only big enough for 2-3 and living area too small to stand but for the couple of years we owned it, it gave no problems. Great for a quick set up, and would be a good second hand buy

This is a good tent 2/3 people have used it very often still good as new, but wish the front was a little higher. Easy to put up, we use a groundsheet under whole tent [ put it up on it take it down on it ] helps keep it less muddy and us clean and dry. The bedroom is fine with out the divider, when we have used it as two room's its a bit cramped.

We have used this tent from Land's end to John O'Groats come wind, hail, rain, shine, never had any problems. No leaks, tears or any repairs but would like a bigger living area, so maybe we will look for a vango that is a little bigger when we have time, but would always go with a vango

I've used this tent many times over the years, and its great. It says it sleeps 5, but 4 is better. I am planning another trip 2 Warden Springs again. Just looking to upgrade with the canopy section, just to give that extra space as my kids are getting bigger.

Ex owner but 3 cheers Vango was refunded as the door leaks into living space. Good size etc but we got wet! Bought Montana 4 instead and dry so far. The Blacks shop in Plymouth really helpful with refund from Vango so we bought the dearer tent there. Happy campers after all.

We bought this tent as a quick pitch alternative to a Coleman Trispace, when going away for a quick weekend. There isn't really space for 5 to sleep. It's fine if your children are very small, but we found we needed an additional tent as they grew older. It has worn well. Still no holes or tears and it has had alot of use, (and abuse when the kids help set it up)! We've had to reproof the flysheet a couple of times and moisture is now entering via the groundsheet in the sleeping area. Rain does enter and flood the groundsheet if the side door is left open, good job it doesn't have a bathtub groundsheet! Now all the kids have adult chairs, three is definitely a crowd in the living area. Pitching is quick and possible to do alone, about 20 mins.
