We have two of these in our Scout group and have used them several times now. They have withstood wind, rain and even 4 inches of snow in February. They are great for cooking, eating and socialising - For safety reasons we keep one for the adults and cooking and one for the young people. We recently had a camp near Leeds/Bradford Airport and the wind and rain were extreme over the long weekend, we were lucky to escape with no damage to the shelter and the only damage to the sides were the hooks will need restitching. Some of our other tents did not do so well and we will need replacements for three of them. We will continue to use them and we have got doors for ours. Was not able to get the joining gutter though

We have used our event shelter for a camping trip and it provided and excellent space to cook and eat. Stood up to some rain and strong breeze quite well.

Unfortunately out event shelter was destroyed by wind, left up in our garden following a birthday party a stiff breeze completely tore it apart. Moral is always guy line a coleman event shelter.

Going to claim on insurance not sure if we will replace it with another event shelter just does not feel quite robust enough for camping.

This is a great tent - we used one in Spain - our pitch had no shade, however, the design and reflective colour of the Event shelter provides massive amounts of shade - even though it reached well over 37 degrees in the day, it was always pleasant under the event shelter. Do not buy a cheap Gazebo, buy an Event Shelter, you will not regret it

Great shelter, quick and easy to put up, largely waterproof (withstood many hours of rain in Tavistock only a few drops got through where poles supported fabric) Covers a massive area, we fitted two tables and loads of chairs under, so great for a party. So good, my brother bought mine as he was staying on and I've bought another. Side walls are good as wind breaks, can't get the doors for love nor money. Paid 119 for mine on Ebay with a free ground sheet so worth shopping around. Good value, great coverage and looks good too. Only tiny fault, side walls need a peg loop half way along at the bottom to stop the sides blowing in, but an easy fix!
