We have had issues with our Cabin. First outing it leaked in a light drizzle, second outing it ripped at the back fixing. The company who sold it to us eventually replaced it and we have just used it for the first time this year.

We haven't yet mastered putting it up. It is quite awkward to get the three poles to stand up when erecting it but once thats done, its not too bad. Although we are still struggling to get it to sit on the ground without the back end at one side staying off the ground.

SAYING THAT, this is a fantastic tent which has made going camping a pleasure. The space inside is amazing with plenty room for chairs, stove, table and all the regalia to make camping comfy. Loads of pockets for bits and bobs, sewn in groundsheet for beastie free camping, large sleeping areas which unzip into one another - great for dogs and clothes. Nifty zip for hookup if required, windows on three sides. Super looking tent, with large bag to put it into, saving all that huffing and puffing putting it away. Very sturdy poles although the tent pegs are very cheap and bend far too easily. We also bought the matching awning also has windows and really is one of the best looking tents I have seen of late. Coolport fan hatch doubles up as a dog flap! Overall, Bit fiddly to put up in the wind, incredibly spacious, when sleeping area taken out its a huge space that would shelter many, good looking tent but a monster to dry! We do love it despite what I have said - gotta be honest!

Up graded from a Halfords package tent. Best thing I done.

Easy to erect. Steel poles, sturdy and spacious inside. We got the carpet and the ground sheet inc. I would recommend them. Plenty vents. Camped out in 50 to 70 mph winds the tent done its job. I also bought the side extension for it also recommend it, we keep all the junk in there. A good buy all round

This tent was purchased for me as a gift. My partner and I have camped in it several times in mostly wet weather. The tent is a good size for 2 of us. Sleep in one bedroom and use the second for storage. Living space is also a good size (particularly in bad weather). In fact, one wet evening there were 6 adults all in here!

As the ground sheet is sown in, this keeps it nice and warm and protects you from wind / rain. Also has lots of ventilation and midgy screens. Although the front door doesn't have a midgy screen and I find this slightly annoying.

This is our first tent, but we are very impressed on the size and quality of the tent. So far our longest trip has been 3 nights, but we will be holidaying for a week in it this year.

I've had a couple of Coleman tents and cant fault them in all honesty .

The Coleman Mackenzie Cabin 4 was purchased in 2010 and I have used it 5 times, really easy to erect takes me around 20 mins to complete . It has a good amount of bedroom space and living space with plenty of handy pockets dotted around the tent. All in all its an excellent tent and if I had a complaint it would be the fact that the front door hasn't got a no see um mesh door which I find strange, but I have had one made at my locall camping store. The side door does have one to prevent flies etc getting in.

I simply can't find fault with this tent. It is very well designed, easy to put up takes 2 of us around 20 mins but could be done by one person, loads of space for me being 6ft 4' and all the camping gear.

It has lots of features on the tent i.E self rolling windows, sewn in groundsheet to keep out bugs and drafts (keeps kids and dogs in!), zipped electric point, flap to install a fan, lots of vents on bedrooms and doors, bug screens on all doors, over sized tent storage bag, storage pockets, hi vis guy ropes, repair kit, very sturdy metal poles etc.

It has handled all types of weather including wind, rain and frost (went camping in late October!) without any problems at all.

We have purchased the footprint groundsheet which I would recommend for keeping the bottom of the tent clean, also a good investment is the tent carpet which makes it soft and warm for walking on.

Just bought this tent in June and love it!

Really strong poles and construction. Pretty easy for 2 to put up just heavy when you are holding all 3 poles for 1st couple of minutes. Holds up really well compared to others on a VERY WINDY weekend on an open field. (1 tent near us ruined),We found it spacious for 2 adults and 1 child enough room for table and chairs inside. When putting it down we had to hold on tight but left some guys in ground but was full of air like a balloon but since have tried it by leaving poles in and going down from the back to front this is a lot better. Brilliant tent we have separate groundsheet and carpet makes it a completely perfect setup just what we have been looking for.

I wanted one as soon as saw it, I loved the moss and brown, it's very pretty.

It had everything I wanted, strong metal structural poles (will never buy a cheap snappy carbon fibre tent again), lots of ventilation (no more sweaty mornings), sewn in groundsheet (less drafts and bugs), it's tall (i'm a shorty but my partner is 6'4' no longer a spring chicken and I didn't want him stooping or crawling about), very spacious for 2 adults tons of stuff and our dog, I loved the self rolling windows (couldn't stop playing with them), light, airy, has mesh on doors and vents (brilliant for keeping out mozzies while you dig out the citronella candles and repellent wipes).

Had a trial run putting it up took 2 of us 20 minutes, went up really easy front too back the spikes on the bottom of the leg poles held themselves so well you could erect the next section without pegging it down till the end, really easy.

Was a solid, well made, well designed, well thought through tent. We spent a windy day in it, and it didn't even notice, didn't see any rain but I don't think it would cause it much of a problem.

Flattened it back to front (forcing a lot of the air out the large front door)went down even easier than it went up, alone it took me less than 10 minutes, only needed help when it came to lifting the tent it's heavy (i am female and only just over 5 foot) and holding the bag to get the tent back in but even that was brilliantly oversized and it slid in easily, then tightened up the straps simples!

I have just bought this tent in the 6 berth too! too take it family camping.

We currently own 10 tents (4 are colemans!)from trailer down too 2 man pop up, we camp, festival, campsite, rally etc

Were experienced but not professional campers, we don't do complicated 2 hour tent constructions, we want to pitch and be sorted in under an hour, and about the same for packing up to leave.

For our needs this tent is perfect!
